“On friday the 15.09.23 at the llansamlet store swansea, I was greeted and assisted by Ian, who was very helpful patient and polite. He asked me a bunch of questions and recommended a certain mattress, that would help with my health issues, he then set me up on the sleep match, which surprisingly matched me, with the same mattress Ian had already recommended. I fell in love with the first bed Ian had showed me, which was the Alana upholstered shadow ottoman bedframe, I had the ex display memory form mattress to go with, which was perfect! Ricky in store was also very helpful, showing videos of the storage space the ottoman has to offer. The overall experience was just lovely Ian did everything he could do to make it affordable for us too, which was a huge help, we are very greatful thanks again guys!”

“Part of the B&Q store, selling bulky building materials and reasonable prices, still worth a shop around. There is a dedicated till section to members of trade point so no waiting at the normal tills. The trade point discount is a bit rubbish and doesn't apply to lots of products. Staff are helpful when and if you find one.”

“Purchased two fitted bathrooms from Litchfield. Extremely happy with the final result. Products where mainly Phoenix, bath is a Beaufort, bath filler Eastbrook and shower tray is Kudos (see pics).Litchfield is a family run business and the customer service received from Jake was excellent. Many hours were spent designing both bathrooms with Jake. He was very knowledgable about bathrooms in general and the products on sale. Jake had a good eye for detail, was good at identifying potential problems and our final bathroom design was better as a result of his input. He also provided alot of support during the installation. We made a few last minute changes and Jake and his team accommodated this with zero fuss. We did have a problem with one of the fitted units and Jake sorted this promptly. Supply of the bathroom fittings was done in good time for installation.Would highly recommend using Lichfield bathrooms.”

“Great store this one, usually has a good range of big brand stuff. Only downside is the location. It is just off M4 and close to city centre which is great but the estate has only one entrance and exit so it can take a while driving in and out at busy times. Also as it share the estate with the Liberty stadium it is a nightmare on match day( when spectators are allowed back). So my advice go mid week around 3pm.......”

“The Oxfam bookshop has an amazing selection of books and music CD's. It is so much more than a shop as many campaigns are organised from there and Asylum seekers make up some of the staff, as they learn English and help each other out. The volunteers are a variety of people from students to vintage ! All helpful about books, music and Swansea. On the way from/ to the main train station, so ideal for picking up a book, or asking directions. New books in every day and always something to buy.”

“Beautiful little haberdashery and fabric shop situated next to the river. Furnished beautifully inside and smells divine. Easy to spot, as the name of the shop suggests, it is painted a striking blue outside. There is a small amount of parking to the side of the building and there is a small pay and display car park close by in the village.?The shop owner is friendly and enthusiastic and she sells some beautiful fabrics, buttons, zips, thread, books and sewing related gifts. All at very reasonable prices. No excuse now, to dust off my sewing machine and get crafting. Excited to see how this shop develops as time goes on ???”

“The store is always kept tidy and clean, it smells good too which can often be a turn off for people. The staff, mainly volunteers, are always friendly and helpful! The clothing is of good quality and organised well, easy to find what you are looking for, worth asking if you're after something specific as they have storage upstairs. Trendy, highstreet labels at really reasonable prices!! Jewellery, games, videos and DVDs this place has everything! ”
