An excellent service from Jake and Crew. They designed, advised and produced a plan for us to see what the bathroom would look like. They ordered all the furniture and accessories and delivered them in conjunction with our plumber. They made the whole experience so simple and stress free. 5 Star Service.

Purchased two fitted bathrooms from Litchfield. Extremely happy with the final result. Products where mainly Phoenix, bath is a Beaufort, bath filler Eastbrook and shower tray is Kudos (see pics).Litchfield is a family run business and the customer service received from Jake was excellent. Many hours were spent designing both bathrooms with Jake. He was very knowledgable about bathrooms in general and the products on sale. Jake had a good eye for detail, was good at identifying potential problems and our final bathroom design was better as a result of his input. He also provided alot of support during the installation. We made a few last minute changes and Jake and his team accommodated this with zero fuss. We did have a problem with one of the fitted units and Jake sorted this promptly. Supply of the bathroom fittings was done in good time for installation.Would highly recommend using Lichfield bathrooms.

Great prices and a professional friendly approach. It's a bathroom showroom with staff that know what they are selling which is few and far between. Linked to the showroom is a very comprehensive plumbers merchant again another 5 star review for that side. Support local and dont buy the rubbish off line.

Purchased 2 bathroom suites through Litchfield Bathrooms. Excellent service throughout with the staff being helpful with designing both bathrooms, they were happy to work with me to find something to suit. Products are excellent quality, and they have a huge range to suit everyone. Prices were competitive with other local showrooms. Very happy.

I am a plumber with 20yrs experience We will never use this company again after so many components missing , as for professionalThey are far from it . Still waiting for components that were supposed to arrive days ago not to mention the bad attitude from the delivery driver who was swearing at the neighbours . Not bad considering the order was placed 6 weeks ago and i still cant finish the job therefor i cant get paid .TRADES BE AWARE
