Absolutely brilliant service received yesterday, (Saturday), by Sara.. I had a complex account issue which she sorted out for me in one of the cubicles, so thank you again Sara, so much appreciated..

I fully understand how difficult it is during these trying times but some staff members do allow the small amount of power to go to their head just a little. Is it to much to ask not to be treated like cattle when trying to arrange for some bills to be paid? The bank itself is very neat and tidy, very modern looking as well. It is just a shame some of the attitudes are so very 'retro', to be diplomatic about it. Hopefully the person in question was only having an off day.

Understaffed, impersonal and only seem to be able to deal with basic issues. Typical of NatWest, I have been a customer of NatWest for 38 years and they have no idea of customer loyalty.

After having to travel into Swansea, as Natwest have closed our local branch down, we waited in line to speak to someone to resolve our online banking access as it has been restricted for some months.By the time that we were called over it was now past 13:00, which is the time that they close, which in my opinion is far to early to close on a Saturday as people also work on weekdays and Saturdays are the only time to travel into the city.Even before we sat down in the small open cubicle the lady had a bit of an attitude which contained to worsen as time went on, she did not want to listen to our issue and got very abrupt at times and pulled faces as we tried to explain.Extremely unhappy and after the closing down of not only our local branch but the surrounding branches too and the behaviour and attitude of the staff in branch we will be looking to leave.

Totally let me down during covid 19 we are a business and they reduced hours and closed branches instead of offering support to local businesses. Been unable to bank cash for 3 weeks. Now turned away from branch even though 15 minutes queuingPathetic when other main banks open longer

Really disappointed with natwest. Been with them for years. We know covid19 has affected everybody, but I am a monday to friday worker, so the only time I can get to the bank is a saturday, and theyre not even open yet. Nearly all the banks are open on saturday now so why dont natwest? Terrible service to offer. Disappointed.

Very slow service. Takes forever for simple things. Unfortunately not another branch around now and most of the time 2 assistants to deal with the whole of Swansea Mumbles Uplands Killay Sketty and Morriston Would not recommend. Looking to change unfortunately

So understaffed. Every month I need to make a trip to bank and the process which takes less than 3 minutes to complete, takes at least 45 minutes due to lack of staffing. The staff are nice, but wait times are a joke.

Hi, I called into Swansea Oxford Street Natwest Bank today to deposit a cheque. Found there was a queue for the counter as other staff busy dealing with customers in the cubicles. I did also notice the machines you could use to deposit cheques etc but was nervous so waited in queue. Then a lady who works there think her name was Sharon James but cant remember properly asked if any of us needed help on one of these machines. I was very grateful for her help as she showed me quite easily how to do this on the machine. She was so polite, helpful and easy to understand without being condescending. I called in at approx 12.30 today 10 April 2019 so hope the right lady gets her reward for good service. Thank you.

All the time I was happy with the Natwest bank service... but I tried this branch. It seems like they have staff but everybody wondering around and just one cashier on the till and behind 20 people. If you try to challenge them ... the staff try to ignore you... I think the big boss should look at this situation as it could be solved very easily - more cashiers on the till, please!

Never enough staff on the till points. Always at least on till "broken/ not working/ waiting on an engineer". Seems funny as its always a different till each day from the previous day. Most staff polite enough but have noticed they have little patience with more challenging customers. Also the only bank i know that regularly runs out of change???

More interested in getting you to use the automatic paying in and other machines on entry which actually makes it longer at the bank. Staff seem miserable and stressed. Definitely to many cooks spoil the broth going on here. Also get rid of the smokers festering in the door way. Thinking of changing banks

Have been using this bank for the last 10 years and have always found the staff friendly and approachable.
Wasn't quite so keen when they took the counters away as if you need to speak to counter staff it can take longer.
However, I do like the addition of the automated machines which makes it a lot easier to pay money in, especially if you have a mixture of notes and coins.

Friendly helpful staff in a refurbished and modern bank branch. The queues for counter staff tend to become considerably longer during lunch periods, but the floor walking staff always try to help promote the large selection of wall machine based services.

Very poor service with people who donâ??t speak good English or broken up English. I can understand you cannot go into a account by phone to help someone out. However, you can help your customers figure out what they need. Not leaving customers to come back another time for somebody to help them. Consequently, I give this a poor rating although some of the advisors are great and helpful.
