Excellent customer service, friendly staff. I post parcels there regularly. The staff know the kind of service I require and are always very helpful. It's the only post office I am very happy to use. Not a negative thing to say about the post office and shop. Thank you!

NEVER SEND PARCELS FROM HERE!!! DISGUSTING UNRELIABLE AND RUDE SERVICE!!!
One star is too much for the unbelievable experience I have had with this post office! I was told today to leave my parcels in the shop because it was too busy to send them straight away and was told to go back in an hour to collect proof of postage receipts. This was at 12.30pm, when I returned at 4.30pm to collect the receipts they said they had still not been put through and they would go through tomorrow evening or Saturday ( 2 days after I had wanted them to be posted ) when I phoned up the post office I spoke to an Asian man guessing he is the owner he had the excuse it has been very busy and that's why half of the parcels hadn't been sent. I explained that I run an online business and I had promised 20 customers that they're parcels had been sent and were on their way to them, I explained that the prepaid labels are only valid until today's date and they would not be valid tomorrow or Saturday and I would need to pay for postage again which would Cost me over £20, he was not interested at all, didn't apoligise once, actually said to me that ''he doesn't get paid for prepaid parcels so he doesn't prioritise them'' oh so he has time to post the ones he gets paid for but not the others. Absolute joke and completely unprofessional, also said it would be better to come on a quiter day like a Monday ( because my business and customers needs run around your convenience mate ) he has absolutely no care for customers parcels, no understanding of customers business needs and zero customer service skills!!! Will not be taking my parcels to this post office ever again and I advise anybody sending parcels for their business to avoid at all costs unless they want to be faced with dissapointed customers. Puts shame on the Post Office name as this man should not be running any business nevermind such an important reliable service like the post office!!!!!

Since the change in this Post Office the parcels are staying to long there and if you call there they tell you if there is no special delivery you can not see the tracking number before the parcel is delivered, which is wrong and when you try to complain the phone will be put done on you. I find this very rude and never happened with the previous service. I had to complain at Royal Mail.
I had to find out that signed for parcels had not been past on strait away.
