Do not go here if you can help it. They mysterious lost three inbound packages over the span of a 2 months. Two of my wife's and one of my packages was lost today. If you order something online and it's routed through the Upland Post Office good luck to you!

I feel I have to write this review after noting over a long period of time the help and support that the ladies in the post office on a Monday give to their customers. They are extremely professional, courteous and patient with all their customers and always seem to go over and above their station to help whenever needed. I believe they should be recognised for their support. Well done.

After relocating here to Swansea Marina from Cheshire I can honestly say how much of a joy it now is to visit my local Uplands Post Office. They are so helpful with options for postage, advice re currency, passports, etc etc.. Sometimes at peak times there is a queue, its to be expected these days but its very orderly no confusion postage at one counter everything else at the other. The staff are always chattyfriendly and go the extra mile to make sure there customers are happy. So this is a very honest positive review from a lady who used to avoid my local post office back home in Cheshire as it was always an absolute nightmare.Keep up the great work guys!

I wanted to return a £10 book and pay for the postage, I was told that the only option is special delivery for £8. How is that possible?? One option only and the most expensive too? What kind of business are you running here??This is a bad joke..

Amazing and helpful staff. Needed a parcel sent for next day after being messed around by another courier and the staff here could not be more helpful. It definitely pays to use local.

Refused to accept paid parcel that was 2mm out of shape due to cardboard having naturally movement.Yes 2mm not 2cmI showed them it does pass if they push it slightly but she was on a power trip and refused.Explained I was disabled and no reasonable adjustments made under equality act 2010
