Rude and unprofessional service. Been served by John. Had an appointment to open a bank account. Arrived with all the requested documents but still he asked for more. They can't print or receive emails, so went to a shop to print those. Came back literally 2 minutes later just to be sent out cause he said he had another appointment after 30 min and would not be able to complete the application in time.

Greeted outside by a employee in a face mask and directed where I should go in store; she was very friendly. Staff were very professional and helpful when serving a blind customer

Rediculous rung the branch and was told my card was blocked till the following day when I had to ring, I rung the next day and was told to go to the branch on the Monday, so I did. Then was also told that day my card has cancelled and had to send for a new one which I couldn't revive any money out of that account till my new card came 10 working days later. Bad service wouldn't recommend switched banks and haven't had a problem with my new branch. Halifax highly recommended

Really didn't enjoy banking here.
I found the company hard to deal with and ended up switching away from them quickly.
Their meeting system was hard work and required me to come back twice more... not recommended!

Very poor customer service!
No call back from Branch so I had to pay to call a central "customer service" (joke!!) number and wade through an automated service message for ages just to speak to a person, only to be told Branch doesn't open until 10 am but they refused to get branch to call me back. Told me I either have to call the central number again - costing me money or I have to go into back into branch (half an hour away) - also costing me petrol money! Where did the customer go? Santander, you should be making me want to bank with you, not making it a frustrating experience just to talk to someone.
Well, I feel sorry for the branch when I do go in, lets see what their customer service is like face to face and not when hiding on the end of a telephone!!! Needless to say I am furious!!!
