Not very happy with my order;Ordered my sofa to be told it would be 6 weeks.. so I regularly check the track your order and it states it should arrive 10/11/2023 date confirmed.So 10/11/2023 comes around and I'm expecting a call.. I didn't receive any call/message/email and I got to check the track your order and it now states it will be 20/11/2023?I called to be told apparently they only found out today? Honestly the guy on the phone just seemed to have an attitude of "and??"If my order exceeds 20/11/2023 I will be cancelling.

Shocking customer service.Carpets were ordered two weeks ago by the gentleman who came to measure up.Was told I would be called the next day by SCS to take payment, but was never called.Was told carpets would be delivered in around a week and then I?d be contacted to arrange fitting. Didn?t hear anything.Unable to contact this store as there is no direct number - you have to call SCS customer services and wait in a massive queue!Went into store today to ask what?s going on as haven?t heard anything - no calls or emails.Was told they?ve been trying to contact me via phone to take payment (not true), and if they couldn?t get hold of me, why didn?t they email?!Oh, and carpets weren?t even ordered as they didn?t take payment, which is not even my fault!!I was told the day of measuring they were ordered and on their way and I even had an email to confirm this!!Staff really didn?t seem to care!

Unfortunately they don't have zero stars, after paying £2000 on a sofa from this company, 11 months later the leather started to peel off. Finally after a further 2 months we got a technician out who told us this should never happen in the little time we've had the sofa but SCS say it's not a manufacturing error and refuse to do anything about it. Stay clear of this company their happy to take your money but the after care is absolutely shocking

Just want to say thanks to stephen (manager) for helping me get the right sofa for my flat very helpful guy very good at his job also thanks to the delivery drivers very polite and helpful brilliant service and quality sofa thanks guys all the best melanie

Absolutely shocking customer service. !! Ordered two sofas and a footstool . The lady that took our order obviously made a mistake. She told us we would get our sofas before Christmas. And the footstool would be delivered late January. That was fine, as long as we had the sofas for Christmas. We ordered these 15th October. Christmas ruined without sofas. And we eventually had them delivered the 14th February. So we'll over 4 months waiting . The delivery men were really helpful, But this store and customer service is a joke. And this particular staff member , should make sure she does the correct ordering. Rather than letting people go through this. 4 months waiting absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give this company No stars then I would. Empty promises and 3 months without a sofa while they have had over £2500 of my money! Will never use again nor recommend to anyone. Cannot even get my money back without them charging me over £600 Go elsewhere people!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a single arm chair for a desired room. I specified that if it didn't come In 2 parts it wouldn't fit the desired room. I was told it did but on delivery and the delivery documents it stated 1 single fully assembled unit. Corespondats were terrible I was told that I would be contacted a few days from the order to arrange to get a delivery date sorted. I recieverd an email the day before stating it would be delivered at a time and date specified by the company (no arrangement was done). Because the delivery service wouldn't deliver the chair as the would damage the property they took the chair back. This company now wants to take 25% of the money I put down as a cancellation fee. This is rediculous as I was falsely sold the chair based!! off assembly corespondance. The order was a failed delivery on scs's part and because of this you would like to steal my money instead of giving me a full refund. This is absolutely disgusting service and I will be contacting the local ombudsman to investigate the company forther for coersion and fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMANY!!!!!!!!!

Good customer service, very patient staff ,without trying to pressure you with the sales techniques and pitches.. Bought a family leather sofa two years ago from there. Very happy with purchase, and no problems and a very happy family?

Went SCS to look for new 3 piece suite. John greeted us we entered and was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our purchase, we ordered the furniture and a new carpet for our living room. John was there for the whole process, we took out part finance and part cash purchase. I would definitely go back there and recommend them to you. Ask for John he us very knowledgeable and friendly

Many thanks to Kay for helping us decide and being so informative at the Swansea store, we came in browsing for our new sofa as we have recently renovated our home, Was keen on two in this store or one in dfs, decided on a console type here instead, for so much cheaper. Kay was very witty and helpful during the buying process.Thank you, we can?t wait to get our new sofa.
