Most expensive shop I have ever been in when items say 1 thing on the shelf it's different at the tills as they clearly don't update the barcodes properly and some times refuse to change it so its either put it back or pay more than what it should be when I buy milk most of the time the sealed lid is always open so I throw it away and some of the food i have bought isnt always fresh when opened and the cooked food is disgusting and expensive the staff isn't always helpful ridiculous shop with the worst prices needs shutting down or seriously needs to be changed just avoid and spend your money elsewhere

Last time I go here . Good is terrible quality and over priced just got a pack of chicken slices and when I opened it , it was like pate . Yuk and the smell was making me feel sick . Still had a week to go on the date , my work mate even left the room because of the smell . Disgusting

I had terrible customer service from staff today and one even said he was the manager. They intimated me and I ended up crying as they wouldn?t help with my query. I asked for his manager?s details but he wouldn?t share it. I left in tears and contacted customer services for Spa. I?m hoping to get a response from them soon. I will continue to pursue this as I don?t want any other young woman to go through the same ordeal as me.

I would select 0 if I could. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION to pick up parcels they are highly incompetent. My parcel was sent there and they refused to hand over my package unless I quoted a code. However, the code they were asking for can only be generated if they keyed in a reference code from their end which they FAILED to do. I went in the next day and they lost my package. I'm honestly shocked at their appalling service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Can i just say, you won't lose anything if you smile at the customer's face !!!I have never seen a smiley happy worker there ! And today this lady "Kelly" seemed to hate her job and being there, kinda rude it was, no greeting at all, didn't even make eye contact while serving me, and she puffed on top of that while getting my receipt.Very uncomfortable it was indeed.Just smile !! and if you can't be bothered with meeting people everyday, simply don't work at the till.
