Entered the store around 10.30 went straight to men's trainer section and after browsing chose a pair. There was quite a long que downstairs to pay and just 1 lady serving so I went upstairs. As I was paying I noticed a sign saying that the staff would be taking part in a 2 minute silence at 11am for Remembrance Day and customers were welcome to join in. Realising I had missed it I asked the assistant if it had been announced over the tannoy , she replied yes I think so but it was very quiet.At the front door, 3 members of staff were standing so I asked the same previous question. They replied yes, 15 minutes before 11, and one of them said it was very quiet down here. As I wanted to participate my self and was upset that I hadn't I said as a suggestion maybe next time you could repeat the announcement more than once and louder.In a very rood manner the reply I received from one assistant was, " there were signs everywhere " ( I only saw 1 at the till) don't you have a watch? A phone ? Everyone has phones to tell the time, we are not here to chase after everyone " . Shocked and distressed I thanked him for his disgusting customer care and left.If I could have had a cash refund for the trainer's then I would of, but unfortunately only credit notes are offered. I certainly didn't want one of those to have to return there !!

No refund policy. Thats it. The item was not used at all, just wrong size. They can only offer bonus points equivalent to the amount of purchase. Is that even legal?

I wish Sports Direct would employ staff who actually want to help customers. All they seem to do is stand around talking to one another, no attempt to help at all, and when you do ask for help it's very abrupt, and rushing to get back to their chit chat. No interest in the job and no interest in what the customer wants. And they wonder why people shop online these days. I know how to deal with the general public and this is just not acceptable.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Mark (upstairs in ladies trainers dept) at the Swansea Junction store, Morfa Shopping Park, Swansea! He knew what he was talking about and gave excellent advice! Nothing was too much trouble for him! Well Done Mark ?

Retail staff are awkward and need training!! Really bad customer service. Simple yes and no questions met with a huh? I went in to buy a sports shoes as mine broke while training, and wore the shoes that fit and went to the till to pay for it, staff on floor were helpful and more lively but the ones on till were rushing me for no reason and giving me looks for wearing the shoes and not wanting the EMPTY box lol.. Why is it so strange to buy shoes and wear them! asked if they had a bin to dispose the shoes that broke and the reason why i walked in to buy a new one, the person on the till looked at me stupid, why so awkward... i don't get it. TRAIN YOUR STAFF, i blame the management not the kids you hire, they barely look of age.

Is there a 0 star option ?Livid isn't even the word. I had a credit note from a purchase I made in November. Went to use it today to be told I need another receipt. Of which I didn't receive so that's not my error.Should really train your colleagues better. Now it's down to me to contact customer services. You've lost a customer ?

I have bought pair of Nike 270 from soccor sports not had them month and one of them is making squishing noise.took them back with reciept guys I seen one said I must of wore them in rain and rain had gone in one of shoeswell they are to be worn in rain aren't they?other one said ge can't think of good enough reason to send bck to nike.wont be buying any more from there discusting

Yes found what we wanted staff very happy and efficient. Store very tidily maintained. Some things like Man bags £30 Paris label ridiculously expensive for what it is but even in this present climate there will be someone willing to pay! Generally very good feedback for Sports Direct Morfa Swansea. ??

We found the trainers and sandals that we wanted very easily and a very helpful lady helped us to find the last sandal. The cashier was also very helpful making sure all the sizes were correct. Generally this is a very good store for helpful staff, choice of product and excellent prices.
