Terrible terrible place. My daughter used to work here and was forced to quit( bullied) by management. The 2 managers have created such a toxic work environment its no wonder they lose so much staff. What should have been her 1st proper job in world as a 17 year old ended bacuse of these individuals, and she had no other choice but to leave for the sake of her own well-being and mental health.I attempted to contact head office about my concerns as her parent but was stonewalled and not offered much help.feel sorry for all the young staff here who get treated like rubbish. Please avoid this swansea store.

Love this place for a bargain, excellent selection always a bargain to be had, staff are amazing, always willing to help and very friendly. Store always spotlessly clean.
