I called vision express, to ask questions about an eye test my son had yesterday.I am highly concerned about something we found on his eye. I spoke to a person named Stewart, he was very rude, impatient and providing false information.I asked him, i am calling because I need to speak to person who conducted my son eye test, before even asking the name of the person who did this test. His response is,? no he isn?t in today?. I said, how can you know this when you don?t even know the name of this person.So he then asks about the name, I provide him the details and I get the information I am looking for. He was not letting me finish, talking at the same time I am, very lazy attitude. I told him, please don?t speak over me whilst I haven?t finished, he response with ? go on? finish what you?re saying?absolutely hostile behaviour. I completely understand it?s hard and busy times, but that is not how you speak to customers!I hope I receive the call back from the manager, so I can discuss the concerns regarding my son?s eye!

My dad passed away last year. I Booked an appointment for myself a few months later and the text was sent with my dad'sname to myself.. I phoned them to explain as this was very upsetting. I was assured that my dad's name would be removed . When I attended the store my dad's name had not been removed, and I was visibly upset. Again I was assured that it would be taken off the register.This week I made an appointment and again was sent a message addressed with my dad's name. I phoned to cancel my appointment because of this insensitive error. The person I spoke to was very unsympathetic and cancelled my appointment, making no effort to rectify the issue.

Always happy with service here; staff are friendly and polite, and the Opthamologists couldn't take better care of me. They don't just do the essentials, they check out every concern or question. I would recommend to anyone.

Very good service lovely people but didn't like that I had to upfront and by 3 months ghat has put me of not because of the money because it look pretty improfesional if the girls were not so nice and had spare lenses I would have gone else where.

My follow up contact lens appointment got cancelled by the store the day before it was due, I rang back after a missed call and got no response, tried to book an appointment online which proved impossible due to a glitchy website that tells you there are appointment available for certain times when there aren't went into the store two days later to rebook the appointment as got no answer over the phone and they didn't have any appointments until 3 weeks later, I told female staff member working there that I was going away on holiday and asked if there was anything sooner as I wanted to have contact lenses before I went on holiday and she just shrugged and gave no response, not even an apology for the last minute cancellation or for the lack of solution to my problem, really poor service when I was polite and courteous even after it was them who cancelled my appointment. Going to return the glasses I'd bought and take my custom elsewhere, which is a shame as the experience in-store and during my initial contact lens appointment had been good up until this point. Booking appointments on the website, by phone or in-store shouldn't be this difficult.

10/10 flawless customer service! One of my glasses arms and corner was bent by my boyfriends rolling onto them. I went to Vision Express and I told them the problem and the staff were able to sort it out under 5 minutes. Ella was especially helpful and saved the day! I will definitely now only buy my glasses from here.
