Very conveniently located Argos. We usually order online for in-store collection and find most items are available on the same day.The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to return a few items over the years and have always found this to be a fairly straightforward and painless experience.The shop shares a car park with the wider retail park which can get busy at times. The car park is usually much quieter in the evenings and I have always been able to park fairly close to the entrance. Staff are usually happy to help you take larger items to your car if necessary.There are a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance. As these are quite limited, you might want to try to visit at a quieter time of day if you will need a disabled space.

I mean it does everything you expect an Argos to do, but MAN, it?s not quite the same vibe as the place you used to go to pop all your Xmas toys orders in. Such an empty, soulless space, but by God it?s still efficient.

I'm having a fridge freezer delivered on Monday 2nd August and was promised a call or text today Sunday 1st to advise me as to roughly what time it would arrive. As expected, no call or text which means I have to get to Porthcawl by 7:00 am just in case they come early.

Wanted to ring them to see if they had the item in stock only to find its a Premium Charge number. So I rang John Lewis in Cardiff on a normal rate number and item was delivered within 48 hrs
