This is for trying since last Friday,sat,Mon,Tues and today all day and I mean all day,my phone on constant redail.when don't they answer the phone,must get on their nerves unless,they unplugged it.

Go elsewhere zero customer service skills, left me waiting for my prescription that nobody would give to me I ended up crying because I started to panic , eventually I managed to ask someone for my prescription only to be told why I didn't collect it, and a lady behind the counter who said I did shout for her. So if your aware that I'm there actually give me my prescription don't just stand there with it when you all knew I couldn't get passed the people to collect my prescription I ended up having a panic attack in store. The owner of the place is just plain ignorant if you have anxiety and are not their regular customer I would avoid

They don't like answering the phone ! I was supposed to have a repeat prescription delivered last month and they forgot about me. I personally went to the chemist this month to tell them I wanted my repeat prescription delivered and they've forgot about me again. Appalling customer service.

Didn't receive 1 item and when I queried it the chemist told me I must have not been taking my medication as prescribed by the Dr! So rude! I take my medication religiously and as I'm waiting to hear if I have cancer or not (which the chemist knows all about) I don't have the energy to be having such a horrible conversation as the one I had this morning.
