Fantastic, caring and friendly staff. Great team and great vets.Contacted them with an emergency that could have cost my shepherd his life, within two hours he was treated, an hour later he was home cuddled on the sofa.Thank you!

Amazing service.. Wasn't even registered but after a quick phone call they saw my boy within a couple of hours.. The young lady vet that saw my zeus was amazing.. Zeus even had kisses.. So nice to see a vet that loves animals genuinely.

Lovely staff, but fed the dog plenty of ham. I didn't have a look in at the ham, had to settle for the sweet shop across the road

I love this vets, the service they give our pets is amazing but the lady I spoke to on the phone today to book an appointment was very rude, rather than checking with another member of staff about something I questioned she just said "Sorry I don't know, is there anything else I can do?"First experience of less than substantial customer service. Bit disappointed if I'm honest.

We took a litter of 9 to be vaccinated here which was the only vets that was taking one for puppies in the area at the time nearly 2 years ago which they was doing behind closed doors at that time my partner took them in to but had to go back to the car as forgot her bank card which she was only 2 mins but once she returned the puppies was already with the vets and she went to pay and was told a different price to the phone call which was double which she asked why and was told for the vaccines and mircochipps which we didn't ask for as they had already been chipped then the receptionist run in to the vets room but was to late for half of the litter as they had already chipped them making them double chipped if they scanned the puppies they would have found the chips which they didn't and they used the wrong vaccine as we only use L2 but they used L4

Have used this vets for a while and never any problems. Very caring towards the pets.

Amazingly friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you know what your pet needs and explaining anything to you even without being asked.They go above and beyond for animals no matter what size, I've got Rats/ cats/ dogs and house bunny's and this vets is the most well informed about different animals needs and also health problems that can arise.Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Absolutely discusting the way my dog and mother was treated. We took our dog here. After telling the vet what was wrong no proper examination was done she was given antibiotics we phoned again 2 days later to be told only appointment is Monday, our dog wasn't well at all. We took her Monday to be told she got kidney failure and needs to be put down. The next day we took her back to be put down, the vet asked us if we would like a piece of our dogs fur and paw print and we was deliggted to have a keepsake as we lost our dog. When we went to pick our dogs ashes up we was given the bag with the ashes and the vet words "there she is" Absolutely discusting. When we looked in the bag no paw print or fur. When we asked the vet. He forgot to tell the girls. The day we picked up the ashes we had a leaflet to say we could of took our dog down the cremation place to wait that day, we was told nothing at all only after picking up the ashes.. when our dog was getting put down we was asked how are we paying. Its all money there. I will never take another dog here and definitely wouldn't recommend.
