Such a beautiful spot! Today was absolutely gorgeous weather too so the views were at their best. The best service too. Really enjoyed.Food & drinks: Only one vegetarian option on the menu which was ok but strange and not something I'd choose again... wouldn't want to eat it again. Meat options very good (hubby eats meat and had the best fish and chips here!). Strongly reccomend the onion soup

Visited this establishment intending to eat but after looking at the menu which was a little lacking in variety and overly expensive we decided to just have a drink.

Had an amazing Sunday lunch here. Really fantastic food and atmosphere. Live music was great and best roast beef I?ve had in ages.

Lovely setting alongside the river. Beautiful views. The service and staff very good. Room we stayed in could do with a paint job and some of the plumbing (toilet flush and taps) have seen better days.

Visited on 23rd Dec. Haven't been here for many years, but glad we decided to book a table. We were greeted by a gentleman with an excellent beard and he couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Well done that man!! Starters and main were excellent. My only criticism would have been the pudding choices. It's a personal thing, but they didn't really suit me - it's Christmas.... bring on a trifle!!Overall, we'd definitely return. We've eaten out quite a lot during December and this was one of the nicest meals we've had - add to that excellent service and comfortable surroundings and you're onto a winner.

Ate There. 1st class food and service . The only criticism I could make was it was not warm enough in the restaurant or seating area...otherwise it was fantastic.
