“This is a handy little spot to buy fuel and I frequently use it for just that purpose. However one time I came here just to buy a loaf of bread, what do you think about that then?A problem I frequently experience here, though not always, is that I insert the pump nozzle into my vehicle's purpose made aperture, then stand there gazing into space whilst daydreaming about something random, bizarre or mundane whilst waiting to begin pumping, then after a longer period than should have has elapsed I wonder what is wrong for a split second, then realise and press the button to pay at the pump, unless of course I'm in a pay at the kiosk sort of mood, when, of course, I would press the button labeled with that option.Maybe you'd like it here too, I have very fond memories of the time my motorcycle battery failed after replenishing it's fuel supply and I had to push said bike up and down the forecourt numerous times trying to bump start the difficult beast.”

“Shell Wrexham - Visited here for fuel on Wednesday 8/11/23 at about 11pm. Got myself into a sticky situation in which I put fuel in the car only for my bank card to be declined.I forgot I had put a temporary freeze on my card.Worst of all my phone battery was completely dead to login to my online banking and rectify it and I could not find my car charger. So I was in a bit of trouble at that point.I had my actual plug in charger though so I asked the man on shift through the hatch if he could be so kind to plug my phone in just for 5 minutes only.He agreed which I thought was great as he didn’t have to do this and could have easily left me stranded.Whilst I waited I watched him working through the window for a minute and was immediately impressed by the clear effort he was putting in to his work on the shop floor by himself. I work in a shop myself and these type of staff members are hard to come by.So I just wanted to come on here in hope that the man who helped me individually gets the recognition he deserves from Shell as I could’ve been anyone up to no good at that time of night and I thought he handled it very well whilst still working hard.Big praise and a big thank you ?.”

“Fuel was reasonably competitive compared to several other stations I passed on 18-01-2023. Toilet facilities pretty basic and not the best but when you gotta go...! ?”

“Fuel, especially diesel hard to find sometimes, Tesco keep running out, Asda had only one or 2 pumps. Texaco close in price. Nice lad behind till too. P.s. local garage selling at £1.79 per litre!!!!!!! Of derv.”
