I use this store very often, always had wonderful service,especially from the young girl that works there,she always goes out of her way to help me when I needed tobacco, it's a pleasure to go into a store with such a good atmosphere

The friendly staff member. Very good to see someone just complete the task with a good attitude.I was very impressed as my Swipe cards for electric was playing up he had to ma ually input it, no issues, no frowning, just good service!

Encountered a Karen, wouldn't serve me food unless I purchased 3 portions of food instead of 2 portions after 1 and half years of getting my regular 2 portions had to leave with nothing. Not letting the greedy pigs milk more money out of me.

Don't deserve even 1 star bought a disposable vaper with last of my money only to get a faulty one so I take it back only to b told no refund or exchange so now I've contacted a solicitor as there was no sign stating that they don't do refund or exchange n I have recorded what the male staff said

CAR OWNERS BEWAREI am writing to challenge the above Penalty Charge Notice by Smart Parking at your store.On 15.10.22 I received a parking ticket for the reason of remaining in the car park longer than permitted. But I believe that the fine was issued wrongly. Therefore I would like to submit an appeal for the following reason(s):? The alleged contravention didn?t happen as I wasn?t parked inappropriately/didn?t park there over the allotted time limit. I have provided evidence!On the day the alleged contravention occured, I had visited the Spar Store, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham on two seperate occasions. Once before work in the morning at 07.15 hrs to 07.24 hrs and again at night 21.21 hrs to 21.23 hrs.I note your cameras failed to detect my vehicle leaving the car park twice. This is also the second time I have received such a notification within the space of one week. The last one was on 8th October for the same alleged misdemeanor.It also suggests that your system is fundamentally flawed. In view of this I am making a formal complaint to Spar customer services.I have been a regular daily customer for many years at this store and I am a frightened to visit in case I have a repeat occurrence of wrongly issued fines. To the point I feel I have to boycott this store because of arbitrary and incorrect fines being issued to me. I am certain many of your other customers would be interested to learn what is happening.
