This is not suitable for wheelchair users. The accessibility of the room adapted for disabled guests is awkward to get to with a wheelchair. The shower connection leakedRooms: The room was fitted with many support bars in the bathroom because we had asked for an acceptable room. The shower was over the bath and leaked. There were only 3 electrical sockets. 1 for radiator, 1 for kettle and 1 for television. If you needed to use a hair dryer or charge phones or other devices you had to unplug something else.

Had to pay for parking which wasn?t clear at all on booking, very basic, your better off booking the Premier Inn in Wrexham by the time you factor in paying for

Warm spacious room. Power shower. Not stingy with the tea and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking right outside. Easy to find just off the main road.

Nice enough Travelodge but had to pay for parking. Also it is quite far from the town centre. We went for a Travelodge to save money but by the time we paid for parking and a taxi to town and back it worked out much more than the Premier Inn. Premier Inn is in easy walking distance to the town.Staff were friendly.

Staff extremely helpful and dog friendly, comfortable but sparse rooms, could do with a coffee table. Limited TV channels and no external allowance made for relaxation.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel again!! Room was too hot, no air con in room, the view well not a view as it was facing a builders yard with large trees and no daylight coming in and there wasn?t any facilities on site nor an ice bucket or ice to keep wine chilled! It was way overpriced when I booked and to actually have this bad experience I will not be booking here again.

It's free to park in the town center after 11 am, but this hotel's car park is not free, even for customers.I gave 1 star because of car park, staff is very nice and they deserves 5 star

Pros: excellent location if you're travelling around North Wales and need to get in and out quickly.It has a small Asda, a Subway and Starbucks just a few steps from the hotel.Cons: The bathroom door wasn't closing and there was no extractor in the bathroom which leaves a slight humidity smell in the room.The lady in the reception at night offered very good service.Nearby activities: You can visit Wrexham and the third oldest professional football team in the world. Or Chirk castle. Or the highest aqueduct canal in the world, or Llangollen and it's steam train.Safety: Seems like a safe area. In the middle of nowhere, near the motorway.Food & drinks: There's a subway and Starbucks in the same parking

Probably Stayed in the same room as another reviewer...bathroom door would only close if you pushed the latch in while closing!!!!As per usual one particular set of guests & their offspring disturbing all others.Pretty awful view out of the window of some very tall trees about 10 feet away from the building...and several years worth of litter/plastic wrapping at the foot of them.

Litter outside hotel. Shabby and worn room. Paint peeling. No hair dryer. Cobweb in bathroom. Shower head fixed too low so couldn?t wash hair. Also screws loose. Not good value at £78 + £4 to park for one night.

This travelodge is sub par to their brand. I bought because you usually know what your getting this is not upto my expectations. No lock on the bathroom door, toilet seat loose and worse still a lumpy bed! The noise inside and out of this travelodge was appalling. Felt very sorry for the staff they were wonderful and working hard with what they had been given.

The hotel was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and tidy. Our bathroom door didn?t work properly, it was hard to open from the inside. The most disappointing part of our stay was the Subway staff opposite. We sent our son over to photograph the menu. He was accused in an aggressive and confrontational manner of photographing customers even though he had his camera phone pointed at the menu and the customers were behind him. Upon showing his photos of the menu, they did not apologise. When I spoke to them about their aggressive and confrontational behaviour, they just shrugged. We have travelled all over the world and often photographed menus to peruse prior to purchase. Wrexham Subway is the only place so far that have behaved in a poor manner with no apology.
