First time I?ve used this referral system from GP. Excellent. The process worked very swiftly & efficiently. I used the NHS online consultation with my GP. They phoned back within half an hour & gave me the contact details for for Hopkins pharmacy . I called & the pharmacist had all my details ready & was very thorough and nice . She spoke to me for a good 5 minutes and went over what I needed to do . I thoroughly recommend & support this innovation of making better use of our highly skilled pharmacists & easing the burden on GP practices. Thankyou

Absolutely awfulIn several years they have almost allways got my monthly medication wrong in one way or another.Today: Prescription not ready, after a 20 minute wait told 1 medication missing and on order. On arriving home 2 other meds missing. Try to phone and they don't answer.
