I want to complain about your Loughborough Allendale Road Store.Today 4th November at 10am I visited the store. It was crowded and the re stocking trolleys had been left blocking nearly every aisle. I queued at a check out all of which were open. On reaching the front Dean was talking to his colleague. I put my bags purchased previously at Aldi into my trolley ready to start packing goods up and said good morning to Dean. He looked at me and said move your bags so I can see in your trolley. I did so and nothing else was in my trolley. He said nothing and started scanning. I said how nice it was to be paying all this money to be accused of stealing. What Dean should have done was pay attention to his customers and looked in the trolley while it was empty before I put the bags in. He should also have said sorry we now have to ask as it?s our policy. Instead Dean and his colleague Kiera who scanning another customers shopping decided to lecture me on how other customers are stealing and they can ask what they like I politely pointed out I had not asked for Kiera?s opinion and other people stealing is not my problem - Kiera pulled a face at me. I told them it is insulting to be accused of stealing. Dean never responded to my good morning either or made any apology. He took our money without saying anything else. I asked to speak to a manager. All staff were shouting to one another about fire works and till opening amongst other things without engaging with any of their customers. He said the manager will be with you shortly. I waited then Lucy approached. She said yes and I asked if she was a manager she replied no and that she was an assistant and I said can I speak to the real manager please. She then walked through the store using a sarcastic voice telling her colleague?s ?she wants to speak to a real manager? , few minutes later Josh the manager approached. I told him what had happened. He said well I can?t comment as I didn?t hear any of it and it is our policy. Poor customer service from start to end. You want to treat paying customers like criminals? I want to shop and be treated respectfully- I was not rude to any of your staff yet all were rude to me. Can all staff please have crb info available for me to check in the future so I can make sure they are safe to handle my credit card info? I wouldn?t dream of accusing your staff of being criminals so why do you think it?s ok to do this to paying customers? And then to be so rude about it? I won?t ever visit this store again. Also you have no facility on your web page to complain about rude staff only product complaints

I deliver to a lot of their sites around the nation, and they are mostly all friendly staff starting from the gate house to warehouse staff. I always get confused by which site tips or which site wants you to tip, and some have long forks on the electric pallet truck to carry 2 pallets at once. This site always tips you for chilled deliveries.

? Aldi UK when you done this bag checking rules for the cashiers in the UK, have you thought for one second about what danger you placed them? ?Was Sunday, 22nd of October 2023, anyone in Cambridge, Newmarket Road Aldi around 3.30 pm at the till?Shame to the customer who was on the till 9. How dare you to harass verbally the cashier in the way you do it? She followed the store policy and asked politely to show the receipt of the bag you had on your trolly.If you don't like Aldi's new policy about checking bags, you have a choice - shop elsewhere, or just show your bags and get on with it. Do not make continuous complaints, sarcastic comments, threatening her that"you come with your boys to smash her face"!?!??!How dare you? Was a long line who heard what you said and how professional she reacted. General rudeness to the staff on the till is unacceptable.Just asking people to be nice and not take it out on people who are just trying to do their job. And to the girl in Aldi, you showed great patience, I hope the rest of your shift went better, even if I see that she's crying after the verbal abuser left. ?

Absolutely awful .... no staff well 4... 2 on tills que backed up to back of shop ... 1 staff stocking shelves and very unhelpful as to where products are in the shop .. 1 staff click and collect delivery .... not blaming the staff but management .... been stood here for the past 45 mins with a loaf of bread sort it out aldi ... wouldn't be like thus tesco

Worst ripoff at your Cheam store. £70 parking charge by Parking Eye because apparently you need to input your reg number somewhere which is not clear at all and is a very uncommon practice. I've been a loyal customer but you have just lost me with this parking scam. Never again

It has appeared on Utube about an old lady who was falsely accused of stealing after having a mobility walker searched apparently this head office policyThe manger came out apologised because this lady had receipts from other shops. DO YOU RELIZE YOU HAVE DESTROYED ALDIS PLACE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT WAS CONSIDERED A TOP SUPERMARKET S you need to re educate head office staff and your managers your policy his a disgrace

Not happy with some of your staff in thecollier row shop, 2 staff was chattingwhen a elderly lady told them she hadlost her pull along trolly, she lookeddistressed and there reply was walk upand down the aisles to see if you couldfind it ,then carried on chatting, I wentafter the lady to see if I could help her,lucky she found it. So pleased my mumdon't shop there if that's the kind of helpthey give to people especially the elderly.

Disgusting!!! My mother was injured in Aldi by hundreds of cans of coke falling on her and not one member of staff came over to help or even ask if she was ok , if this is not dealt with a will certainly be escalating this matter!!.

SAINBURY"S "HEY BIG SAVER" yes on Cabury's, Doritoes and Corona beer, that will really help the price crunch, how about ALDI's comes back with "1st Cut is the deepest" savings on meat, bread and paper products (toilet rolls) your Softest Premium, spend 30 gbp and get a pack of 24 for xxx real savings. That's what happened to me in Bingley the staff they are really slow on the check outs I had to go self I scan I asked the staff there the product was he was really rude and arrogant ????????? I been today mon 17th April there were staff blocking the isle customers couldn't get through it's a disgrace

There's a member of their customer service team called Ardee Laus.I found Ardee Laus to be very rude and cheeky in their correspondence with me regarding a rotten food item I'd purchased.Ardee, you have been named and shamed.Please do not write any such cheeky rude messages to customers going forwards.Thank you. ?

DAY 17 and still no goods !!!!! Aldi the grocery store thieves!Day 17 !!!!Of a 3-4 day delivery..............Still no goods from my online order have arrived.Customer Services who just read off scripts and don't deal with issues just keep adding fuel to the fire of incompetency.I had to contact the MD of Aldi UK in the end who's department got CS to call me and they just straight off the bat are script reading incompetent. I am now asking my bank to get a refund from Aldi I will never set foot in a store again! I have a choice locally. lidl or Aldi very simply Lidl are now my new food store!So to date, OUT OF POCKET £££Absolutely no chance of getting anything and I probably lost my money.. So Aldi the grocery store thieves!

Tried to contact HQ to enquire if our favourite crisp recipe/supplier has changed. I ended up talking to customers services ( an out sourced call centre ) totally useless and 1st call Indian girl was arrogant and rude and would not put me through to management, then hung up on me. 2nd call got nowhere told to got to local store, totally ignorant, 3rd call attempt African girl was just as bad, but after much persistent managed to give her my phone number and she said it will be forwarded for a manager to ring in 4 hrs !!! No such call. Am really angry that this call centre is designed to block customers to legitimate concerns and needs favourable as praise or otherwise to talk directly to Aldi. These girls merely refer you back to yr particular store to take up there, and guess what mgr there says ring head office !! What a merry go round, of companies NOT wanting to talk to their customers !! what are they afraid of ??????????????????????????????? Not every call is a complaint !! So PLEASE MR ALDI.....my horseradish crinkle crisps are no longer HOT !! totally wasted my money 3 times now ( all same ), also Jalapeno version which was the best is NO LONGER stocked !!!! Crazy... Perhaps I should shop elsewhere as the crisps we like have changed in taste and also no longer available......just like responsible managers hiding under their desks when customers call.

All I wanted was a charging cable that had broken on the push in end to the plug on the Beldray vacuum cleaner which I think is a weak point your people ask me to call Beldray direct, they told me that the charging cable are on order would be 6/8 weeks but we need to do cleaning before then so we had to buy a different cleaner which was unfortunate because your cleaner was working well .
