We had an excellent experience with Howkins & Harrison - we were dealing primarily with Evie. We were on a very tight schedule to find something 2 weeks prior to Christmas and she could not have made the process easier. From initial contact (including actually getting back to us unlike other agencies) she was friendly, professional and understanding. Evie did a couple of viewings for me and also explained the next steps for me clearly and without overwhelming me with unnecessary information which I definitely appreciated. With her help we managed to secure a place before Christmas which was amazing! I was also impressed with Howkins and Harrison generally as when we went to pick up our keys, Evie wasn't able to be there but her colleague was very efficient and knew to expect us which meant that also went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to others!

I recently viewed a property to rent with Howkins & Harrison. The lady who showed me round, Lisa, was very friendly and knowledgable about the property and local area and made me feel in safe hands. What I expected to be a quick wizz round a flat turned in to half an hour or so exploring several in the block together with a few laughs along the way!
