First they take our debit cards away, now a crash to the system stops us from accessing OUR money, now expected payments haven't gone in, terrible!

i say you could do with a coin sorting mesheen like they have got at natwest you put all you lose coins in & it would save me a job of canting them apart from that you offer a good quality service & friendly staff
