“Absolutely wonderful! I visited with my daughter (5) to service her bike. Chris was more than happy to help us, he offered to help me take the bike into the shop, but my daughter wanted to wheel it in herself.I had booked a 12:00pm appointment thinking that the checks alone would take 30 minutes. But NO! speedy Chris noticed many issues with the bike, the brakes, the wheels, the tyres (yikes! I'm glad we visited! ) and within 30mins he had the bike in tip top shape! We were out by 12:34!I couldn't be more pleased, we also bought a few items and he took the time to explain how to use them correctly.His colleague Jav was also wonderful and a bubbly man!Thank you very much! We'll be back as I need a new bike for my son and would like to book a service for my eldest daughter's bike.Did I say, the store has a massive range of bikes and accessories!? Yup they do!
