Delighted to find our wedding china available. Ordered and arrived more or less straight away. Condition was described online as 'very good' but, in fact, was absolutely excellent ? Couldn't fault it! Thank you!

Total waste of time. Due to family bereavements I offered 3 china sets to Chinasearch. All declined even though some of the pieces being offered were out of stock on their website, and some pieces did not show on their website at all. Maybe they should advertise what they need rather than wasting people's time going through their system.

Offered Chinasearch some tableware via their website. The whole service and transaction was smooth and easy. We delivered the items to the premises in Kenilworth and found friendly and helpful staff in a very pleasant environment. Would definitely recommend this company if you have china to sell.

Myself and my partner traveled a fair distance to visit your establishment recently and the customer service was non existent! Of the members of staff we did see not one acknowledged or even attempted to engage with us. We were completely ignored. Not a great way to treat potential customers.
