Curves in Kenilworth.. what can I say !! The most wonderful place to workout , be yourself , meet other ladies and have fun .I joined after finding out I had Cancer and just wanted a bit of me time and gentle exercise. All the instructors have been totally amazing and so kind . I got 1-1 instructions for 5 sessions to make sure I was familiar with the equipment and they are always there to help if needed . 30 minutes circuit is all that?s needed in a session. It?s the best thing I have done and it?s helped me immensely and I?m feeling the benefits already . Thank you Curves for helping me in my journey

Best gym experience ever. I hate working out and this 30min workout on resistance machines is the best. Such a warm and supportive environment. The coaches are incredible. I get all the one to one training I need or I can just come in and get on with my workout. I dont need to think about what I do as the circuit guides you to change machines every 30 seconds. 300-500 cals per workout and it really tones me. I can now see my muscles again. No more bingo wings.

Amazing gym. 30 mins for a full workout. Job done. What?s even better is the atmosphere and coaches. Everyone is really friendly and super helpful. Anytime I need I can get one to one training on the circuit as part of my membership. I love it. Been a member now for 12 years. Always greeted by name. What a service.

I joined Curves to increase my fitness, strength and flexibility after recommendation from a friend and am really happy that I did. The trainers are super friendly and welcoming, offering individualised advice and support to make sure you get the most out of each session whatever your level of fitness. I really like the flexibility Curves offers - no pre-booking for classes or circuits and long opening hours, too. After 3 months, not only do I feel fitter, I know I am, having arrived ahead of my husband at the Beacon near Malvern for the first time ever!

Great gym, lovely supportive atmosphere! The machines are specially designed for women which I haven't seen anywhere else and it only takes 30 minutes to do an effective workout so easier to fit into my day. If you're thinking about joining, go for it!

A wonderful, inclusive, friendly gym suitable for all levels of fitness. Staff are encouraging and supportive, and generally a very friendly atmosphere among the gym members.

Wow, what a difference this gym has made to my life, physically, socially and mentally. I feel completely safe and comfortable here , everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I wish I had joined years ago.

I?ve been a Curves Kenilworth member for three years now.I?d spent years wanting to try and get fit but worried about going into a traditional gym where I imagined everyone would be super fit and Lycra clad.I couldn?t believe how different Curves was from what I?d imagined.Everyone was super friendly and the coaches were positive and encouraging. It really is a place where women just support other women to achieve their goals and flourish.The first step is the hardest but well worth taking over Curves? threshold. I?ve never looked back!

In my 10th year of going to curves and still love it. Fits nicely into my daily routine and sets me up for the day. I've made some good friends since going and have never felt fitter.

Had a 6 week trial. Staff were lovely and encouraging, showed me how to use all the machines and the classes are good. Friendly atmosphere.

If you're not normally into 'normal gym' atmospheres & feel they can be intimidating & unfriendly, Curves is the place for you. You'll love the friendly atmosphere & staff. Never feel lost & unsure (the staff are always on hadn't to help) & love the quick, easy to do exercise plan, it's so systematic.... exercise by numbers almost ð??? & great fun as well.
