“Curves in Kenilworth.. what can I say !! The most wonderful place to workout , be yourself , meet other ladies and have fun .I joined after finding out I had Cancer and just wanted a bit of me time and gentle exercise. All the instructors have been totally amazing and so kind . I got 1-1 instructions for 5 sessions to make sure I was familiar with the equipment and they are always there to help if needed . 30 minutes circuit is all that’s needed in a session. It’s the best thing I have done and it’s helped me immensely and I’m feeling the benefits already . Thank you Curves for helping me in my journey”
