My wife contacted the pharmacy yesterday regarding (not Covid)medical advice for traveling abroad. The lady she spoke to was extremely helpful and had in fact been to the countries we are interested in, so could also give first hand advice and information. She has put our minds at rest and boosted our confidence in traveling to various countries. She knows who she is so we would just like to say a big thank you.

Very rude couple of staff, quite happy to let patients go without medication, especially when they have broken bones, I was called told to collect prescription at 5.20pm as they didn?t have stock, Dudley Taylor did, they are open until 6pm, so I dashed to the shop, arrived 3 minutes after closing, I knocked on the door, the member of staff opened the door but refused to hand over the prescription, telling me to come back in the morning and was very rude to me, also saying would boot?s serve you after closing, this is not what you expect from a chemist, she could of handed me the prescription, but instead wanted to be awkward, the owner then said don?t come back again, nice to know they don?t care about patients

Please don't believe any spam messages that the staff are rude or unpleasant, these are totally false and unfounded allegations. These are peoples livelihoods and careers at stake and they should be appreciated and coveted for the work they do.

I have used Leyes Lane pharmacy virtually since you openedI will never my first experience with you CoralineI had a wisdom tooth out and on the drive back from the dentist the anaesthetic was wearing off and the pain was increasing I drove straight to Leyes lane hoping to get some pain killersBut by the time I got there I was in full panic attack and you and Lorraine spent a good 20 minutes giving me a drink of water and helping me get control againYou made sure I was ok and the service I have always had since then is top notchYou and your staff are a perfect embodiment of what community shops should beI?m always welcomed by my nameThe online repeat prescription ordering is quick and easyAlways great helpful staff
