Not open at the weekend. Slightly inconvenient to be closed during the weekend when lots of people actually have the time to visit.

i try to make a payment with western union from 2 days ago and Lloyds bank stop the transfer..i transfer money from western union from 6-7 years and no problem at all but from 2 days Lloyds cant unblock my transfer..i lost 5-6 hours on the phone with them in 2 days..they move me from one department to another...ridiculous how many incompents people are working there..i will close my lloyds account with them..! Stay away.!

Just switched bank to Lloyd's, went to deposit £110 in the deposit machine in the branch and the machine didn't accept my money and even worse took £20 note. I told the members of staff who said they would call me to notify me once it was out and then they called me and said it wasn't there and the atm all balanced out. Completely conned out of £20. Dreadful experience, feel cheated
