I have my nails done here every two to three weeks - they are my go to salon ??I?ve always had great service from the staff complimentary drinks and sweets are offered. And the skill of The nail technicians is off the charts. My nails last weeks without chipping, and then now art is incredibly detailed. Best nail salon locally Without a doubt ??????????

As soon as I stepped into the store, the man launched into a tirade, shouting and demanding to know the color of nail polish I desired. Despite my attempt to explain, he was incredibly impatient, insisting I decide immediately, even as he attended to another customer. His rudeness was shocking, leaving me in disbelief. It's an experience I never imagined encountering. Beware of such discourteous behavior!

The best nails I've ever had. First time going to XC nails, and they are fabulous, will most definitely be going back again. I liked that it wasn't rushed,they took there time & my nails are exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much ?

First visit to the XC salon today for french nails with coloured tips.Really clean , friendly and professional service.They listened to what I wanted and I'm really pleased with the results.Would recommend and use again,prices also very reasonable.Thankyou Lee ?

First time visiting here and now definitely going to be a regular. Messaged the day before to book a space and was simple & easy. Staff are very smiley and friendly I can?t understand the bad reviews. Was very happy with the gel on my nails they look brand new. The only downside is the woman next to me who was coughing non stop and was clearly ill, she was clearly selfish and not thinking about others or the poor members of staff here who would have to do her nails while she coughs all over the place, made me feel on edge the whole time and ruined my experience. Let?s hope nobody is poorly before Christmas due to this selfish woman, staff should have the right to refuse service if someone appears as ill as she did. Was also offered a lovely little hand massage after having my nails done and felt amazing. Thank you :)

Bullied the entire time. Been 3 times and seen 2 different people, hoping for better service due to assuming it was bad luck and wanting a convenient location. Second time I went she said I looked "more fresh" and not as "tired" than the first time because assumedly I'd had no make up and my hair wasn't done, really unprofessional and unnecessary to comment. Kept asking what I wanted and kept being coerced to look at other colours or styles instead. I politely fought to have what I wanted the entire time and still he ended up not putting any designs I had shown him on, very often completely blanking me, and became sulky when I wanted a specific colour that he didn't like. It's really rude to keep chatting and laughing to other staff in your own language whilst ignoring someone you're meant to be listening to. The entire thing was so unnerving and exhausting. I felt miserable. I went home to redo them, they were not at all what I wanted and was charged £40.

I had my nails ?? done in here. The shape is perfect. Staff and owner very friendly. Price is cheaper compair with other shop around here. I feel so happy and couldn?t stop looking at my nails
