I have had some of the best customer service that I have received in a while. The young girl called lily today served and helped me generously, despite me struggling with what I needed to get. With determination and kindness and patience she helps me: so thank you very much lily. I hope Argos are very proud of you.

JEAN FROM LEAMINGTON ARGOS SAINSBURY?s.She was so kind to me the way we wish our parents were. I had questions about the installation process of the washing machine and she was very helpful. She showed genuine interest with questions about my new home and moving in process and that?s all we ask for; somebody who genuine cares about what you are doing and where you?re going with your life. It costs nothing! Even though it may seem like something too simple, it was the most genuine and kind interaction I had with someone from leamington in a very long time! It wasn?t even about the content we talked about, it was the witnessing of the genuine kind nature of the energy pouring from out of her! Which is rare in leamington ! Most people are just clocking in waiting for their shift to be over! Thank you Jean!

Very misleading product descriptions. Not willing to take back inaccurately described product. Not sticking to their own return policies. Not adhering to laws related to online sale. A huge disappointment and waste of money.

One star is too much for the experience I received from Jason the Duty Manager this evening. I purchased an online order for a chair which I collected in the morning with the hope it would support my bad back which is currently under treatment. The chair was put together the same day from my work colleague's,unfortunately it was not suitable or as described. I returned it the same evening as I finished work when I explained to Jason I was unable to dismantle it because I can not bend or lift he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to accept it until I physically put it in the box even after explaining how bad my back is. He was so arrogant with his attitude and refused to even help! His words were ?don?t put it back in the box the wrong way because I won?t accept it.? I had to ask someone to help me whilst he just stood there smirking. After the kind gentleman that helped pack it for me and lift it to Jason he then looked through the box to make sure it was correct. I work for a very reputable company as a sales manager and duty manager, never would I or my colleagues treat a customer in such a rude unhelpful manner. I will not be buying from Argos again if this is the type of customer service one receives. I am happy to send you receipt and proof of back issues so you can hopefully train your mangers to a higher standard than Jason provided.

Very disappointed. I called this morning and spoke to Jason, one of the store managers, to confirm that I can add the extended warranty and the accidental damage cover for the Gopro 8 they had in stock because I was not able to do it online. He confirmed that they can add this in store and advised me to buy the product and they will sort this out when collecting the item.I got there and they checked the system 3 or 4 times just to say that Argos doesn?t offer the extended warranty and accidental cover for this item but they do for the other Gopro?s they were selling (newer and more expensive).The solution was buy it without the cover or a refund.I ended up with a refund instead of the product I wanted.

We ordered an item and on collection we were served with a young indian girl who was quite rude and then to find when bringing our collection through she was pushing it along with her feet and then kicked it into a stacking cage with no apology or asking for assistance and then said there you go, bare in mind this was a glass fish tank so I would expect better respect for what somebody has just purchased

Purchased a Galaxy 4 watch last night,changed my mind and returned today. Package obviously was opened,but phone un used. I was refused a refund as apparently had been used and the box had its seal broken so was not resealable?! I made a call to head office and was told had I purchased online I'd have had a full refund?! And if I'd purchased from Samsung directly I'd also have had a full refund?! So just not in store at argos? I also purchased a smart watch from curry's last year,same thing I'd changed mind within a day or so and returned with full packaging and having not been used and had full refund no problem at all.!? I'm really disappointed and I feel that this policy is just ridiculous!I'll be in touch with consumer watch dog tomorrow. Also the guy that served me today couldn't have been less bothered.Had I known this information at the point of purchase I would not have bought the watch, but this was not clearly stated anywhere and no one told me at the till either. Shall never purchase from in store at argos again!

I bought a laptop and I was not satisfied with it I tried to return the product and I was refused Is it fair to force me to buy it? I left the product to the employees and left. I will continue to pay but we will see each other in court

Really unhappy that I bought apple headphones, opened them, decided to upgrade and use the 30 day returns policy and was told as seal was broken not allowed. The policy clearly states they need to be 'In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable) In a resaleable condition. They're unused in the original box with all packaging but because seal opened they're not resaleable. That's rubbish as I could bought directly from Apple and not had this issue.Lesson - never buy Apple products from Argos!!!
