There is no mention on the opening hours that the pharmacist is on lunch from 1 to 2 pm and no one else will be assisting you. If you are in full time work and have the lunch at this time then you will need to get your prescription at an hour suitable for the pharmacist.I understand that we all need a break so perhaps have your lunch from 12.30 to 1.30? or get someone to replace you while on break?Ussually the service is lacking so will be changing pharmacy.

I would like to congratulate Harpreet K and Lauren and the team for the excellence service I receive in Asda Pharmacy .After suffering a very bad spell the Pharmacy has been turned around and are now excellent.

went to three different pharmacies for an urgent prescription on the weekend and not one told us it had been out of stock for several months until girl behind the counter there told us. What a hassle! She emailed the surgery and we had a new prescription that following Monday evening. Brilliant!

Got no response from asda pharmacy. no one answered the phone..not Sure if the pharmacy was open or closed on Sundays..so we went boots chemist and thy were fabulous there and got all I neededLove asda for the food shopping

Pharmacist on duty on the evening of 27th June 23 went out of her way to provide excellent service and her help was very much appreciated. Without her expertise my husband would have had to wait another day for desperately needed antibiotics. Thank you.

Disorganised . The service never used to be like it. It was so organised. I would turn up in the afternoon after i ordered my prescription the day before and my prescription would all be done. No waiting around 20 mins for them to sort my prescription to be done.

Rude male pharmacist on a power trip.I?ve been using this pharmacy for years and this pharmacist refused to give me my son?s medication. I stood waiting for 30 minutes (during this time I had spoken to a different pharmacist as she was struggling to get the whole prescription) to to be told he won?t give me what they had without ID. I didn?t have ID on me as I?ve never been asked before.Next time inform the customer when they give you the prescription that you need to see their ID. It?s unacceptable to leave someone waiting for 30 minutes and then refuse to hand over the meds, and to imply that I might be illegally selling the medication which is prescribed for my son.Furthermore, during the time I stood waiting, not one other customer had to show their ID or was asked to sign the back of the prescription. I can leave it to your imagination how me and the other customers are different.

Called up around 8pm Friday with symptoms of a UTI after no answer from doctors. Pharmacist was helpful and sorted me out with antibiotics which I started taking by 9pm. Brilliant work!

Poor service, make you wait and then say they can?t help. Pharmacies have become just an admin desk serving prescriptions. Even then they couldn?t find medicines of other in the queue. Medical care is discriminating against young people, just because you look ok, doesn?t mean you?re well.

How is 0 stars not available? Absolutely worse than useless. Repeatedly frustrating visits over many months where medication is not stock or available when promised the following day... or the following day... or the following day. Telephone is never answered. Always long queues, staff appear unfeasibly slow and are close to invisible.Medication is not prescribed lightly and is needed when prescribed. Many customers will be elderly or unwell or both. Long queues, repeated visits and missed medication are unnecessarily distressing and sometimes dangerous. Perhaps whoever sends time replying to these reviews could make changes instead - time much better spent, especially for your most vulnerable customers. I am unsurprisingly changing pharmacy.

Avoid! 3 members of staff and also 3 customers, but still queued and got ignored for 10 minutes, before being told they haven?t had any LFTs for ages. Not helpful.

I can never get through to these over the phone and when I go there there is no one on the front desk but I can hear them always gossiping and laughing and joking in the back so giving them 1 star is really appropriate as I can?t give them 0
