I had a query about my savings and an employee was excellent.Taran Bains was so helpful that I looked out for him on my next visit.He was polite, informative and courteous beyond my expectations. 5 stars for Taran Bains,but unfortunately I cannot say the same about his colleagues.

After reading recent reviews prior to a visit to this branch I was not looking forward to going. Yet to my surprise the Experience I had was Amazing, Lauren on customer service desk went above & beyond was extremely Polite Helpful & Patient with me, she explained clearly to the young lad (who she was training) & myself exactly what form was needed, which was over 20 pages long printed off the form, explained what I had to fill in. some weeks later I returned again Lauren went through & checked that the information I provided was correct & would be sent internally.So going back to those reviews I have Nothing Negative to say about my Experience only A Hugh Thank You To Lauren.

Best bank in the UK. Absolute legends on the till. Lauren, Taran and Rowan are the best people to speak to. One person smelt a little funny but still definitely worth the visit.

This branch is an absolute joke! 3rd class service and 4th class manager. I should not even give it 1 star. If you?re not able to resolve your query online, then forget about the people from this branch who would help.I highly recommend HSBC, especially for people coming to JLR, mainly because they have a nice tie-up. Don?t waste your precious time with Lloyds (Especially this branch)

Third-class service. The manager especially is so rude. I asked for some services which other banks are offering and her response was ?Then you should move to those banks?. Save your money, don?t give it to them!

Very bad experience, very poor service, I tried to transfer money online, unsuccessful, asked me to call, waited for almost 40 minutes and finally someone answered the phone, asked me a dozen questions about my personal information, and finally failed Didn't let me transfer successfully, asked me to go to the branch to re-confirm my identity, even if I showed my driving license, I had to go home and bring my passport to the bank, this transfer took me two days, previous experience Not good, this time I finally decided to give up and find another reliable bank.

Lloyds Bank, Leamington Spa are totally incompetent and liars. I set up an Executors Account with my sisters and Lloyds Bank didn?t set it up properly. The funds from the house sale went through yesterday and low and behold they couldn?t be transferred on! All because they didn?t do their due diligence and didn?t photocopy the Certificate of Probate. The person responsible lied to my face this afternoon and stated that my sister hadn?t been into the bank the day before. She also claimed that she hadn?t seen the Certificate of Probate before! All lies because I met with this person twice and she photocopied my documents twice and lost them! The manager who didn?t give me her name and looks about 12 years old talked down to me and told me off! She didn?t take me and my family off into her office and was rude. She doesn?t care and Lloyds in Leamington Spa are so unprofessional!

There?s a staff member here called Ella, she?s incredibly kind, helpful and has gone out her way to make sure my experience is satisfactory every time I see her, by far the most helpful member of staff

Every time I've been in here, there has been a problem. One cashier on only. Lots of staff wandering about not doing an awful lot and terrible computer systems not working. I've had to come in every day for the last 2 weeks due to my job and the wait is always long, even though there's barely any customers in. There has been a problem with the computers for over a week. This should have been sorted by now. Coming in at 9am to watch staff only just logging in isn't good enough. Everything should already be up and running ready for the day.
