Blown away at the customer service at Moss Bro Leamington Spa. Megan and Mark were fantastic in helping me look at suits for my wedding. Giving great advice and making the whole process very straightforward. This will be my suit shop of choice going forward (even if it isn?t my local Moss). Would recommend

Dealt with Aimi at Moss Bros Leamington and could not thank her enough. We had been through 3 different refunds when trying to organize my wedding suits and she ensured this was not an issue. She was fantastic in assisting in suit advice/sizing and I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Aimi.

Walked in today and asked for some help. Explained that I was after a cheap white shirt, black trousers and a v neck black jumper (if they had one) for a funeral, so basically just to be worn for one day.First thing I was asked to try was a £160 jacket (that I didnt want), then an £80 pair of trousers, finally a £40 shirt which was the cheapest even though your website stated otherwise...(£9.99)Bought 6 wedding suits from here previously, as why I returned.Pretty disappointing tbh. Listen to your customers. If it was out of my price range, tell me.

We have just had one of the best shopping experiences in a long time. Walked in for a suit/shirt/tie and Aimi was so helpful, polite and ?non pushy?.
