Me and my partner ordered here quite a few times because the food is usually good but i need to make sure people know how rude they are on the phone when we need to ring them at least 3 times to know where the food is. Ordered different meals for four of us and we were all very happy with our food. Delivered within the time specified, yes it took an hour but it said that on the website when we ordered, so no issue.
