I would steer clear if I was you. Everything seems too much trouble for the owner. I wanted to swap an item as it was just too large for what I wanted, I had taken it out of the box and the owner was insistent that they wouldn't have had it back. I'd already spent north of 6k at the store. I really wish I'd taken my business elsewhere.

Went in to buy radiators pipes taps the works for my new house. Walked into the show room was then told to get out as the door was closed and the show room wasn?t open due to covid, fair enough but they had no sign on the door or nothing to state this and the lady (short light hair) was so rude tutting me telling me where the exit was. I?ve never been so ill treated, I couldn?t believe the way she just didn?t want the custom. It was disgusting behaviour, I was in shock. So we went to Stuart Plumbing & Heating Supplies Nuneaton great hospitality and half the price! Was lucky really. Would not recommend going to Coventry plumbing Nuneaton purely for the hospitality!

Had a quote for bathrooms showers etc costing 4 grand, I went over to see the central heating guy for more items and was told by him to go online and work out my own radiator sizes he hasn't got time do do it, so I'll shop elsewhere and give them over 5 grands worth of business, they obviously don't need the business or the money
