Honestly amazing! Purchased a PRX for a family member and unfortunately it arrived with a barely visible scratch, but from my standpoint, I paid a lot for it as a gift! I reached out and they were super friendly and were willing to take a look and send out a replacement. Just received the replacement 2 days later. Bought a watch at the beginning of October this year and noticed a slight problem with the bracelet a few weeks after and within 24hr of contacting them a return label was emailed to me and the watch was returned in the next few day with a brand new bracelet , honestly I wish there were more businesses like this out there today?.. very professional and the communication 100% Thank you !

Bought my second wristwatch from these guys today via their website and the service is every bit as personal as visiting their fine boutique. I had free next day delivery by 1pm and a great discount too. The best thing though is the personal touch that the communications give along with the friendliness of the staff. What a breath of fresh air. I had a necklace that needed repair as I'd lost a stone from it. I went to a couple of jewellers in Coventry & Nuneaton only to be scoffed at as they were not diamonds. Then I took it to D C Leake. They were brilliant, didn't look down their noses because the stones were CZ, they looked after me professionally and kindly with the warmth you would expect from a family business. My necklace was repaired beautifully, at no cost as the goldsmith couldn't guarentee the repair due to the wear on my necklace. Thank you all so very much. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Well done to you all ?

Bought a Citizen Promaster from DC Leake as they had the best price. After a slight issue that was very quickly resolved by a very kind and polite representative, I can now add that they also provide outstanding customer service. I bought my watch from DC leake and they were great, I had concerns about buying without seeing the watch first and having it posted as I live nowhere near the shop, but the process was easy and very efficient.The watch was beautifully protected in a separate box and protected with the biggest bubble rap I?ve ever seen!The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and not at all pushy.
