What a lovely showroom. Beutiful bathrooms and showers. Clean and well presented. Staff did not try and force you into anything. They stood back and waited to be approached. Although expensive you do get what you pay for and the things here looked and felt great quality. I was very impressed

Customer service department is shocking. The showroom very helpful until something goes wrong and you are directed to customer services. Unprofessional very rude and frankly i would not use again and warn customers not to use.

Unreliable services, my grandmother ordered parts from the showroom, paid for delivery to be on specific day. Waited all day to find out item wasn't even put out for delivery.Not good service making elderly wait all day for it not to even turn up

We went to the Nuneaton branch to redo our bathroom. All staff were very friendly! SOPHIE was fantastic, very helpful and very patient as we were unsure on what we wanted. SOPHIE was very clear on the process and was very helpful. Definitely recommend ?

Great customer service. Found a bath that was perfect, and the advisors were really helpful. They even told us when there was due to be a price increase so we could buy it for the previous price. Great quality items as well. Definitely using them again. (Photo is of a work in progress).

The staff are nice and helpful. But the quality of products is not very good.Tiles turned up cracked. The tiles were not in good shape and has scratches on them. I had to buy another box of titles to replace the damaged ones.The fan they recommend was worthless, and when I returned it I only got an 85% refund.I wouldn't recommend it.

Went in today and was shocked how expensive the products on sale are compared to other bathroom companies I?d love an explanation as to why it?s so expensive..ie chrome towel rail we?ll over 250 pound same bathroom chrome rail Victoria plumbing less than half price can you warrant why please
