Very rude and unprofessional. Came to book my car in, and when I asked if there was any flexibility in the price, I was told by the owner that he's changed his mind and didn't want the job. Said I should find some eastern europeans to do the work instead. I'm glad this happened before any work was done, can only imagine what it would be like if there were any issues down the line

Took my car to phill with a major issue having analysed it he diagnosed something completely different.I left the vehicle with him to resolve issuesHis honesty and integrity is unquestionable.Vehicle repaired and running perfect again.Job's done at right price and efficiently.Smells better aswell!!!!!!

Took my wife's BMW there yesterday and Phil saw me straight away with no appointment sorted the problem within 30 mins and didn't charge me fantastic service don't hesitate he knows his onions top man

I can?t recommend the German Italian Service Centre highly enough! Having identified a rear suspension issue with my E class Mercedes and terrified it was going to cost a fortune to repair, my mind was immediately put at ease by a confident and approachable mechanic (sorry I don?t know your name). The day after I made the enquiry call I drove the car home fixed for a price I was very happy with. On collection the mechanic talked me through exactly what work he?d done and how he?d repaired the issue. Excellent service thank you very much.
