My Son has been going here from 4 years old and it has been excellent. The coach is brilliant with the kids and the atmosphere is great. The older kids really help the younger ones to get started and I'm really pleased we chose this club.I would definitely recommend this club to anyone wanting to get there kids involved with martial arts. Improving their confidence and fitness whilst having a great time.

I attend the Tuesday night boxing class, the skills taught are fantastic right from the basics and progress week on week. The combination of fitness and skills makes for a great session. Suitable for any levels

We highly recommend kickboxing @ Health First. My children (5 & 8) thoroughly enjoy their weekly kickboxing session here. Kully, Michael and the team are very professional in their approach as well as supportive and motivated to get the best out of the children in every session.The other children that attend are a credit to their parents and the centre. My youngest started recently and was apprehensive to join in. They all welcomed her as part of the team, making her feel like she more than belonged there. Michael's patience and friendly approach to get her to partake in the first session paid off... she loves going now and sharing what shes been learning with us afterwards.Learning new skills, techniques and disciplines in a fun and exciting way whilst gaining in confidence and ability are huge positives for us.

Health First Gym has been absolutely amazing for my young lad in terms of the kickboxing club. Kully and Michael (the coaches) are welcoming, friendly and add the right amount of discipline as well. My lad has grown in confidence since joining the kickboxing club and his fitness has gone to the next level . I would definitely recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a friendly, all inclusive kickboxing club, which also develops self defence skills.

My daughter started at Health First 3 years ago at the age of 4 and I couldn't praise Kully and Mike enough. The place is run very well and they are brilliant with the children. Since joining, my daughters confidence has vastly improved and she really enjoys every session and always comes out really happy.

Health First Gym is excellent. The coaches Kully and Michael are so welcoming. Both my daughters have trained here, I have seen them grown in confidence (& fitness) . I would definitely recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a friendly, all inclusive kickboxing club, which also develops self defence skills.

I joined Health First gym to do Kickboxing a few months ago and I am so happy I did! I was nervous at first as I have never done any martial arts before, however as soon as I arrived I was made to feel comfortable. The coaching is second to none and everyone is so supportive of each other no matter their level. I can already see myself improving in my fitness and skills and I look forward to going each week! I have always been quite an anxious person when trying new things but I 100% recommend anyone thinking about joining to jump in ? you won't regret it!

I?ve been attending Kickboxing classes as a beginner for around 8 weeks now. I didn?t know what to expect when I first signed up but I have been so surprised at how brilliant the teaching and the technique is. You can take it at your own pace and your own capacity. The instructors (Kully and Michael) make you feel so comfortable and the rest of the group are very welcoming. It?s proving to be a brilliant challenge of perseverance and self development and I would recommend this class to anyone. Also, it?s been great to see that Girls attend this class, making it diverse for all.

I've been a student at the kickboxing club for just over 3 years now and still thoroughly enjoy doing the classes every week. Kully & Michael are brilliant coaches with many years experience. I would highly recommend these classes no matter what age group you are.

I've trained in kickboxing at Health First since I was 10 years old and progressed from complete beginner to junior black belt in that time. I highly recommend people looking to get into kickboxing consider joining Health First, they have helped me grow so much as a person - both physically and mentally. I actually joined because I was being bullied quite badly at school and my parents wanted me to get my confidence back and be able to defend myself if needs be, and the coaches helped me to do just that and more. I've completely fallen in love with training and can't thank the team at Health First enough! I'm moving away for university, but I'll definitely be back to train when I'm home again!!
