“Had a great shopping experience online on the Quatropi website. It was easy to place my order and luckily the corner dining set my girlfriend and I wanted was only a 5-10 working day wait! As I know some are only preorder this was great for us. We received tracking less than 24 hours after purchasing and we can't fault the speed of delivery. Finding out they are a family run business made the purchase decision a little easier, too.I can only give full stars, but I would give 4 1/2, removing 1/2 due to damaged boxes and packaging of the components upon delivery, and consequently a few minor chips in the legs of the table and benches. For the cost of the set it's not ideal, but upon first glance you can't see them and as they are under the bench/ table; you'd never tell. For us, they are not severe enough to warrant a return/ replacement.Assembly of the product was very easy, with allen keys provided and just simple washers and bolts to fix the legs to the benches and table top. I would say that with the quality, you feel it in the weight of the product, it is HEAVY, and minimum two person assembly is required.Overall, we are happy with the dining set. It is comfortable, and aesthetically it is the perfect addition to our living/ dining area.”

The sales personnel in the Nuneaton store are efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. They are helpful and arrange fitting in very swift time. The same fitter came and he is very well mannered, a very clean and tidy worker and an excellent at his job. Both carpets look fantastic, we are more than happy with the results and definitely will be using them to do the rest of our home. Thank you.”

“I don't normally leave reviews but after the brilliant service I received from start to finish I thought I must do. Me and my partner went to this shop after looking at several others for flooring. We were greeted by a lovely lady (which we didn't get at any other stores) who asked us what we were after and showed us the difference types of flooring we could have. She even priced up a few different ones so we could make our decision. Upon placing the order a gentleman came out the same day and measured up. We even got a phone call when he was 20 minutes away which I thought was great. Unfortunately I was occupied the day the guys came out to fit the flooring, however I left my Dad with them who advised they were both very pleasant and polite and made sure the flooring was to our satisfaction at all times whilst fitting. They tidied up after themselves and left the place spotless. When I came home I was more than impressed with the work they had done. If your looking for flooring I would highly recommend Premier Flooring Nuneaton.”

“We came here a few weeks ago looking for kitchen and bathroom tiles but couldn't find what we were looking for ? HOWEVER James (manager) was so helpful on advising on types of tiles and grout. He was welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, polite and wasn't condescending in the least!This has to be the best customer service that we've had from Topps tiles and other branches could learn from him!”

“Popped into Halfords after a bike ride gone wrong, encountering a puncture just after riding by. Brought my bike into the store and straight up to the bike section where Rob (Bike technician) was amazing with getting the bike's inner tube replaced quickly. His knowledge of bikes was fantastic, and I found myself talking to him about the new bike I had bought and him recommending bits that suited what I wanted, including letting me know what was on offer in-store currently vs what I could order online. Ended up picking up some puncture repair kit/bits, and a quick once over of the bike while Rob had it on the stand, I was away and back on my bike ride home. Rob's customer service was second to none and made for a very enjoyable (although under bad circumstances) trip to Halfords. Will definitely be using this branch of Halfords again - Thank you Rob!”

It's more like a top furniture store than a charity shop and it's our first port of call every time we need an addition to our home in Burbage. Pictured are just two of our purchases.
