Recently purchased a luxury watch online with an incredible sale discount. Purchase process was simple and straight forward. Communication once the order had been place was immediate and informative. The watch was despatched the same day and I had possession by midday on the next day. Delighted with the watch and can?t recommend this company highly enough.

I have just purchased a very special watch from Johnsons Jewellers.I had to wait a while, but this was explained to me at the end of last year.Charlotte has been amazing through out the whole process, with regular updates and the hand over was an amazing experience!Charlotte is a very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all a very friendly sales person, who has a lot of time to inform and explain aspects of the watch, and went the extra mile to ensure i was completely happy with the purchase before i left the premises.overall, this was a very enjoyable experience!Well done Charlotte! you are a credit to this very established professional and friendly jewellers!Thank you all!We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Very competent business. Love dealing with family business' and independent business' where possible. I much prefer to give my money to smaller outlets rather than the corporations. I have had a watch through Johnson?s before and I mentioned about the possibility of getting my dream watch from them as I have had no luck anywhere in the past. It?s taken a year or so but they have managed to sort me one for later this year. I honestly can?t thank Mark and Libby enough for making this happen. They have been so helpful from start to finish.I spoke with Mark on the phone yesterday regarding the watch, his customer service, professionalism and knowledge are up there with the best I have experienced. As well as a good sense of humour which in my opinion goes a long way.
