Purchased a Big mikey U shaped sofa which I couldn't be happier with. We had an issue with one of the modules but this was sorted promptly.The sofa itself is very comfortable, great soft fabric and unbelievable value for money!Customer service before and after purchasing the couch was second to none. The items arrived exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises or discrepancies. They were impeccably packed, ensuring that there was no damage during transit. It's mutton dressed as lamb. Why do you think all the pictures of their products are in a tropical paradise, while all of their customers are UK based? The product is basic and the service we received was abysmal. No apologies were made for their errors after they sent us the wrong product, and we were then the ones that had to be inconvenienced by taking time off work to remedy everything and live in a dangerous situation with our house filled with incorrect exterior furniture boxes for weeks as deliveries were moved or cancelled. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Had a great shopping experience online on the Quatropi website. It was easy to place my order and luckily the corner dining set my girlfriend and I wanted was only a 5-10 working day wait! As I know some are only preorder this was great for us. We received tracking less than 24 hours after purchasing and we can't fault the speed of delivery. Finding out they are a family run business made the purchase decision a little easier, too.I can only give full stars, but I would give 4 1/2, removing 1/2 due to damaged boxes and packaging of the components upon delivery, and consequently a few minor chips in the legs of the table and benches. For the cost of the set it's not ideal, but upon first glance you can't see them and as they are under the bench/ table; you'd never tell. For us, they are not severe enough to warrant a return/ replacement.Assembly of the product was very easy, with allen keys provided and just simple washers and bolts to fix the legs to the benches and table top. I would say that with the quality, you feel it in the weight of the product, it is HEAVY, and minimum two person assembly is required.Overall, we are happy with the dining set. It is comfortable, and aesthetically it is the perfect addition to our living/ dining area.

What a useless company. Don?t bother buying from here. They keep sending emails saying when the delivery will arrive and then it doesn?t. Tried to cancel for a refund but can?t get a reply. Absolutely poor customer service

We recently purchased a corned dining set which is great but we had a few damaged items during transit. The Quatropi team (in particular ?Lyndon?) did a fantastic job of quickly rectifying the issues and sending replacements. Their great service really takes the stress out of the process for returns, great job team !

Buzzed into a waiting room, was told they'd be with in a minute. 5 minutes later no one had appeared, so left. Pity, wanted to buy a sofa. Perhaps someone was having an off day, or a simply a very busy one.

Absolutely great experience with quatropi! Had a custom size sofa made, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Christina from sales kept me updated throughout my sales journey, once delivered I had some trouble putting the feet on and jack and Jay came over from the showroom to assist me and gave me some aftercare tips.Would 100% recommend and would definitely buy from here again.

I have used quatropi several times and find their products excellent quality. Their after sales is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and would definitely purchase from them in the future. I am fortunate to live locally to the showroom, however, wouldn't hesitate to order online. I have been impressed with the overall service & products.
