Went to sallys today , staff member wasn?t very helpful or welcoming , ignored you , not very polite at all , didn?t offer me a bag no manners, as me and my friend left she stared us out of the shop and didn?t smile or say thank you very very rude not happy at all , especially when we are a paying customer.

Absolutely ridiculous. Store shuts at 5.30pm on the website and on the door. Got there at 5.00pm and store is already shut. I rang the store and got completely blanked and knocked the door and got ignored. Sorry I don?t normally write bad reviews but this is my pet hate. Why advertise a closing time when it?s not followed. False Advertisement is all I can say.

went into sallys on Sunday as my hair had gone yellow hairdresser had left the foils on too long and I spoken to a lovely young gal called Sarah so helpful really polite and she really knewn her knowledge she gave me good advise and she is so helpful.credit to your businessWell done Sarah keep it up

I visited Sally's this morning .Saturday 4th June ..the lady in there was so helpful and friendly makes such a refreshing change ...unfortunately I didn't get her name but thankyou so much x

It is easy to find exactly what you are looking for in this store. It's accessible, with no parking charges now, which is a bonus. The staff member was a bit quiet, I think she hadn't been doing the job long.I would definitely recommend!
