Bad service! Why have an air pump that takes change and not have change in your shop?????????? Rediculous. Rather drive further than use this garage again.

Texaco in Nuneaton is certainly one of the best refill sites from my personal perspective! I say this because I have been there several times and without delay I get to refill and walk in and pay without delays. even if you get there and the pumps are in use by other clients I assure you! the cues don't take time. It's more like all the customers who come to refill are so understanding and know so much about the value of time. The staffs are welcoming, professional and always ready to serve. I recommend this filling station to anyone any time. oops!!! Don't forget about the points customers get per litre of fuel purchased?I suggest you start making Value for each litre of fuel in addition to the values you get from refilling your car in the first place. enjoy and make most from what Texaco has to offer.

Friendly staff, straight forward petrol station. Only downside is that it's on a slope, which makes it difficult to park and, in my case, difficult to tell when the tank of my motorcycle is full as it's sloped.Great section of food, drinks and snacks inside. Many cameras which makes me feel safe and secured.

I live close to this service station and have gotten to know the boss Ali and some of the long-time staff over the years. They seem to be very selective in choosing great workers who are always friendly and helpful. never known them have a bad day in 13 years even the new staff who don't know me. they always have plenty of staff too to keep things running so there's rarely queues, its spotlessly clean and well stocked. my only slight complaint would be the sudden 30 percent increase for a large milk. it was always cheaper than anywhere else so I always bought mine there even if i was doing a big shop elsewhere. I'll still always pop in for top up bits n pieces. it's very convenient opens 7am until late most days.

My review of this business was removed as it was a bad review about a certain member of staff who treats customers like dirt with an aggressive attitude.This member of staff who works here should not even work in retail if they can't treat customers with respect and dignity especially the way disabled customers are treated
