Alexa don't care about the customer or, it appears, the law. Failed to deliver in the contracted time frame. Impossible to speak to them. Cancelled the order as now too late and they think they can charge a cancellation fee ? hysterically have just discovered a Facebook page dedicated to exposing their practices. Don't waste time with them. Go via your bank and get your money back

Don't use this company. Placed an order for worktable - then heard nothing for two weeks despite the website saying table was in stock. I emailed asking for an update and heard nothing for another week. Ended up having to ring and wait for an hour and half in the phone queue to be be told they had run out of stock and were just getting it back in. Life is too short to use a company like this. Whatever money you think you're saving with them is paid back in your precious time and frustration - avoid like the plague. If you're reading this, just use Nisbets or Cater-Kwik and preserve your sanity.Update - two weeks later - I still haven't received the table. Still no one responding to emails. Essentially they have just stolen money from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

Avoid ordering from ADEXA DIRECT at all costs! They're incredibly unprofessional. Expect to spend two hours waiting to reach customer service, only to be met by a rude assistant named Ellie. Plus, they'll send you faulty items and refuse to accept responsibility, even if it's within the 14-day return period.

I bought a pizza oven 1 month ago and it stopped working I have contacted the customer service they asked me to hire a certified engineer to to a report for the oven which will coast me over £300 .I have identified the faulty parts they refused to send it to me without the engineer's report.Chinese low quality items and nightmare customer service I don't recommend it

Good luck if you have any problems. They just outright refuse to help. They don?t answer the phone or reply to emails. I can see why they lost that court case (google it)

Terrible service. Ordered a double griddle and a fryer. No extra packaging on the boxes, literally picked up off the shelf and slapped a dispatch sticker on them, resulting in the griddle being dented and the plug pins snapped off. The fryer has packed up after about a week. Tried to call and email multiple times and no answer/reply. Even the live chat is 'offline'.

I ordered 20+ equipments from them and they sent 6 after 1 week, they say 3-5 days standard delivery, don?t get yourself scammed with a next day delivery, all they do is taking the money and you will get your products God knows when, they don?t call for any problem they just let yourself wait, no notice when you get the delivery. The customer service is very poor, I called and they don?t know anything about delivery process or where are my equipments. DON?T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD ATTORNEY READY.

I ordered coffee grinder was delivered and I seen small grinder for my shop.I try change to get bigger grinder but customer service says that they can?t do that. You have to return cancelled order.Which is a 25% reduction.Which is wrong as it wasn?t used at all, was in the box.I said okay, I sent my return, they had returned, still waiting for return confirmation email for refund, which is cutdown 25% reduction. I called and had to wait on hold for 1 hour and after which they cut the call off, called again and had to wait another hour, no anyone answered .Unfortunately not happy at all.Customer service, rules so bad.

Horrendous experience.Ordered an ?in stock? item 8 days ago and paid for next day delivery. A week later the order was yet to be dispatched - when asked to cancel I was told I must pay a 5% cancellation fee despite them never dispatching the product or wait another 3-5 days for delivery.Absolutely awful customer service.

I agree with all the negative comments on here. I have also had awful customer services following the purchase (business to business) of an oven that became faulty within a week. They have unreasonable terms and conditions, but they can get away with it apparently. i don't have the energy to pursue further, but I'm sure others have taken them to court. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered and paid for next day delivery, 5 days later the wrong item was delivered, then told lies that a replacement was being sent out next day, two weeks later they then tell me they can?t send the correct item until the incorrect is returned and checked in. Then told that returns take up to two weeks, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this company, I wish I had read reviews first. And to top it off when you phone to speak to a manager to moan they say there is no manager and then put the phone down

I know it is going to be another review same as many more given by customers who are suffering because of the adexa. This is the worst company to buy catering equipment from. I have spent over £2000 and more than half of the items received are fault damaged or missing items. Customers service is awful and have no manners all they ask is to send pictures and when u send pictures they start asking for videos. I would strongly suggest that stay away from them and save your money. They are looters and thieves. They have not refund policy in place. Please please stay away from this website .

Absolutely incompetent company. Wasted one week of my time chasing an order then doesnt fulfil it. Had to order of amazon instead. If you speak to a girl called jessica hang up and speak to someone who is courteous and doest have an attitude problem. Have to wait another two weeks just to receive my refund.
