Very best coffee and friendly staff. Asked for name and it will appear on your cup. Clean and very large space for sitting. Very huge free parking outside untill midnight so you can stop for best coffee and enjoy shopping near retail park.

I ordered a a tea a mocha and sandwiches for brunch. The sandwich was flattened and very poor the tea was unbelievable. I asked for milk and sugar and it was made so milky the tea would not brew. I can't believe an international chain are totally unable to brew a cup of tea. Any fool knows that tea needs temperature to brew. If milk is needed it should be hot or provide separately

When I come in at 4.30pm to the Elliot?s field Starbucks all the chairs are up and they are mopping the floor and look as if they are about to close. I asked one of the employees that work here what time they shut and he said 5.30 I checked online and it say 6.30 so I was confused about that. furthermore, I am extremely unhappy with the employees as last time I went in one of the employees started mopping near where me and my friend were sitting whilst trying to have a conversation which is very difficult when you can feel a wet mop running over your shoes! Staff need way more training their customer service is appalling! Wouldn?t recommend.

Awful! Dirty and massively overpriced. Considering the price you charge, you keep a unhygienic, over hyped outrageous and frankly not worth a second visit ever!

Must be the worst run Starbucks franchise in the country! I travel frequently and o do like Starbucks. We keep visiting this one as it is in the shopping centre we frequently use. However, I don?t think we?ve ever had a smooth experience. Their stock control is horrendous, always more out of stock menu items than in stock. Quite frequently the seating area is closed (no idea why) and recently, they?re not able to do cold drinks as they keep running out of ice. When you do order a drink, hope for the best it?s correct and if not, prepare for looks of disapproval for asking them to correct it! More fool us for keep going back, but we?ll definitely be using Nero?s across the car park from now on.

Sorry to be so negative but nothing was enjoyable here and if I had checked the toilets before I ordered I would of walked out! Drink was served in a lipstick stained cup place had no warmth or atmosphere and the chairs were really stained and uncomfortable

Slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. 30 mins from walking in door to getting our drinks. Dirty tables. Queues to the door. I love Starbucks but this is defo not one of the better ones.

I went in morning for coffee with my friends. Very nice staff and excellent service. Clean and warm sitting inside, good space for group or individuals. Will visit again.

I visited this Starbucks today after a busy day shopping on the retail park. Was greeted by lovely girls behind the counter and speedy service. Not to mention my flat white was absolutely delicious and the hit I needed after a cold busy day shopping. Tables were clean and condiment bar was stocked adequately. Will definitely be returning! It?s sad to see such bad reviews! Keep up the hard work guys - and ignore the negative comments! Cut these guys some slack !! Especially during this time of year !

Three friends visiting, all ordered at once, said we were sitting in, some of our drinks and cakes came in to-go packaging, some didn?t. Sat down at the cleanest table we could find (wasn?t easy as the place was filthy!) realised I had been given the wrong drink, took it back to the counter and the woman I gave it to saw that the label on the drink was correct but the drink inside was different, she proceeded to laugh at the fact it was wrong, sling the drink down the sink and make a new one all the while somehow acting like it was my fault then gave a half arsed apology under her breath. Lots of other customers around me having to repeat their orders multiple times then others still coming back as it was wrong! Not the experience you expect for what they charge!

I don't intend on wasting too much time on writing a bad review. It's not worth my time. The staff were very miserable on the off. When I asked about the lack of snacks on display, the staff was dismissive, as if to say what you see is what you get which was nothing. I asked about how to get outside (pointing at the door to the outside seating) the staff very patronisingly pointed to the front door at the other direction to say that was the way to get out!?! Where did they get these people from? Rubbish staff.

I was going to give 3 stars, but my daughter was so unamused by the visit, she asked me to change it to 2. Arrived and parked fine nearby. Queued for a very long time to find the fridges bare; only vegan stuff and orange juice. Not even water. Mouthed to my daughter that they didn?t have her beloved bacon rolls. She had an immediate strop in her seat (luckily there were seats available so that?s a positive; albeit the tables had not been cleaned. A person did come over and remove the cups whilst I was queuing, but still no cleaning seen. Nice selection of cups to buy. Got to the till and was asked my name. I said before I give it, do you have any bacon rolls? There was an immediate look to the fridge, followed by a no, before a ?hold on let me check?. She found one and I asked if there just the one or whether there were two. She asked my name again and I said ?well, are there any more bacon rolls??. She said no. I then said ?any sausage ones??. There was a little sigh, followed by a no, followed by a ?let me check?. She checked and she produced a bacon roll. Amazing. We had two bacon rolls available after all. Woohoo. Happiness in the daughter restored. I was asked for my name again at which I then happily gave it. Also asked if I wanted ketchup to which I said yes in both. I got 2 coins (coins are awesome by the way so don?t get rid of those please). I also ordered a skinny cappuccino and a tap water. Went to scan my app and pay with my staff shop card and was told they couldn?t scan my app if paying with that card. I said it wasn?t an actual gift card, it?s just a staff shop one where I pay for it on a staff shop site upfront in exchange for reward beans. She said she couldn?t scan the app because then I?d get stars twice. I said I didn?t get stars in the first place cuz I didn?t buy it via Starbucks. She was adamant I?d have got Stars twice so I let it go and instead, have contacted customer services online to see why people who pay upfront via a staff shop aren?t entitled to Stars at all. Fair enough if I can?t but saying it?s cuz I?d get stars twice when I haven?t had any at all can?t possibly be correct, although I get that by having rewards beans elsewhere is a form of reward. Anyway, I went over to wait and my cappuccino was done straight away. Impressive. Have to put ur own chocolate sprinkles on, so once I located it, all seemed good there until the bubbles popped and I realised there wasn?t much in the way of coffee in it; mainly an excessive quantity of bubbled milk. Hey ho. I let that go. Next up I hear ?bacon roll, bacon roll? across the room. I look up and spot there are 2 of them so assuming they are mine, I walk over to the words ?bacon roll? being repeated. I mean? why not say the name that was clearly stated on the bag? I say thanks and sit down. I then find a few mins later that there is no ketchup even though it states ketchup on the bag too. I go back up and notice there are some ketchups on the side. I say to a lady making drinks ?excuse me, I ordered 2 bacon rolls with ketchup but they didn?t have any with it. Do you think these ketchups here could be mine or are they someone else?s??. Well she erupted into some kind of strop. Started telling me she can?t just give me ketchup without ordering a bacon roll. I?d have to buy it ketchup if not. I advise I did buy a bacon roll and just wondered if they were my ketchups or not. She replied with how was she supposed to know, that they?ve been there ages so she doubts it and unless I want to pay for ketchup or order a roll, she can?t give me ketchup. Someone else asked her what was wrong and she fully went into a stress like strop. ?I?m being asked about ketchup on the side like I?m supposed to know. There is ketchup on the side but it?s clearly not hers and she?s saying she?s bought a roll when she hasn?t? bla bla bla. It carried on and I though she was going to explode. Was like I wasn?t there. Anyway, the guy who actually did the bacon rolls came over and said ?are u ok??. I said ?I just asked if these ketchups might be mine or not as the rolls didn?t

Love Starbucks coffee but went to Starbucks in Rugby today and they have to have the most miserable member of staff ever. She was moody, grumpy and clearly is in the wrong job. Fast forward 15 mins and her friends join the queue, she's smiling chatty and is even preparing their drinks ahead of others in the queue. Clearly her friends are not expected to wait like everyone else. Their drinks were ready before they got to the till, so they were able to take their drinks and walk past the other people still waiting for their Drinks - unbelievable Will still go to Starbucks but will avoid Rugby
