We used the British Heart Foundation - Rugby Shop - to undertake a house clearance. A date was arranged to assess the job. This included the house, 2 sheds, garage & 2 outhouses. I was pleasantly surprised how many of the contents could go to the shop & be sold for the charity. A quote was issued for the disposal of the remaining items and once this was accepted by us, a date was agreed for the clearance. Tom and his colleague were punctual and worked tirelessly to get what was a very big job done. Communication was great in the lead up to the day and we were very satisfied. If you need a house clearance with items going to a good cause, this is the way to do it. Thank you Tom & Team.

Visitied this place this week, was really suprised to find how great the place was run by the management team. A lovely friendly environment on my afternoon stroll i just happened to pop in and purchased some items, and being vulnerable myself i couldnt manage all of the items on my own back to my car, however the lovely lady with the tattoos managed to take the time away and help me. I will certainly be back again. Great customer service, and refreshing to see the younger generation helping us elderly folk thanks again. I didnt get the ladies name but wanted to acknowledge a great experience and say my thanks.

Great prices and for a good cause, really friendly and helpful staff even with the muppets they have to deal with on a daily bases, would highly recommend...

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the British Heart Foundation store and my experience left me utterly disappointed. The toxic work environment was palpable, reflecting in every aspect of my visit. The management's inconsiderate behavior and awful attitude were evident, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Additionally, the laziness exhibited by the staff was disheartening, resulting in poor service and a lack of professionalism. The constant bickering and gossiping among employees created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the shouting across the store was not only unprofessional but also disruptive to the shopping experience. It is disheartening to see an organization like the British Heart Foundation fail to foster a positive and welcoming environment. I would strongly advise potential customers to seek out alternatives that prioritize professionalism and respect.

I was ready to part with over £400 for several items, when I was told the independent delivery driver would charge twice for same post code delivery, two deliveries meters apart!!The staff member with tattoos up her neck didn?t make eye contact but was more than happy to cancel the sale??What a shame as the other staff members were fab!

£25 for deliveryItems look clean, but some of them are very old looking. Some sofas and chairs look almost thread bare and I wonder how much life they really have left, especially when the shop want £90+ for a single chair. (Which wouldn't really be £95, unless you have a van to collect the item you'll have to add on £25 for delivery within a set range)Beside that. The shop is large and airy. Staff are mostly volunteers beside a floor manager and sometimes a transport / checking manager behind the scenes. There's often volunteers doing busy work. Makes it a little hectic on there at times.

If you're Black stand back. racial profiling is alive and well in this store! I am a Teacher, I work in a Prison and I was embarrassed in front of the other customers and accused of putting something in my bag when I have never stolen a single thing in my life. The only difference between me and the other customers was that I am Black! and this was by the Manager Linda! Disgusting!

Quite a large store compared to some other charity shops in Rugby, to browse and purchase from. Also convenient as can donate a greater variety of items than other charity companies. Can also donate directly in this store (after 4:00pm) by parking outside this particular shop, when the Pedestrian Only Zone time has expired.

Last year I had a lot of items to donate so called and booked a collection but no one turned up. After phoning several times and being promised other colletions that never happened, I gave up! I gave my items away on Facebook instead.

last year i donated many very good quality items of funiture fro my late fathers house worth several hundreds of pounds .recently i visited the shop and bought a small table ,30 minutes later i returned to the rear of the shop to collect it the table was by the door labeled sold with my name ,unfortunately i had misplaced my receipt ,i was asked by a girl there who had sold it to me and was quickly informed there was nobody who matched the discription i gave working there i showed her my driving licence wich matched the name on the table but she refused to look at it .i entered the warehouse to point out the person who sold me the table but was blocked by a tall chap who refused to allow me to point out the person ,after arguing with me he eventually went off to get his manager ,during this time i managed to locate my receipt the girl wasnt intresred to look at it so i took the decision to just take the table . i am disgusted in the way i was treated and will never donate to the rugby shop again
