Slow, inefficient, long queues. I order my repeat medication via the NHS app. but when I go to collect, NOT ONCE HAS IT BEEN READY!!! On my last visit I queued for a hour before I even reached the counter. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

2 hour wait yesterday, 90 mins to get to counter, rest waiting for prescription to be dispensed. Third attempt over two days to even get into the shop. 7 members of staff. Just don't understand it. Old and infirm clamouring for seats. Almost felt sorry for staff, but what is going on?!!

3 hours queuing to collect prescription today. Absolutely disgusting. This place is beyond a joke. No apologies, no information as to how long wait might be. Totally unacceptable service. Shouldn't be in business.

Mum ordered script last week as apparently that's what you have to do here, queued for 90 minutes today.....not in, script now out of date and she's got nothing leftChanging to Asda pharmacy like so many othersAwful service, disgusting waiting times, huge queue out of the place and across the street daily

When they deliver on time they are great, when they don't they are rubbish. I cannot reach anyone on the phone, its disgraceful they are a pharmacy after all.I HAVE A PRESCRIPTION THERE, MY DAUGHTER TRAVELLED OVER 100 MILES AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE WHICH SHE COULD NOT DO AS HAD TO GET HOME FOR CHILDRENTHIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING, YOU HAVE HAD MY ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION FOR OVER A WEEK AND STILL NO DELIVERY AND I AM HOUSEBOUND THIS IS A TOTAL DISGRACE AND I DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR REASONS ARE AS I KNOW YOU HAVE CHANGED COMPANIES BUT I NEED THAT PRESCRIPTION TOMORROW AS I HAVE RUN OUT TOTALLY NOWAND STILL NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

This was a fantastic pharmacy at one time, now it is queue queue every time you need to go, went there this morning and about 20 people in the queue went back an hour later still a long queue. Went back early afternoon and still the same. There is one guy who serves and takes requests for medication as well as handing out medication. Why the heck can you not have two people serving one who takes prescription requests and another who hands out the medication. I am sure if you had more staff serving this would be a 5 star pharmacy and the best pharmacy in Rugby

Tried to pick up my prescription twice but based on the rate the queue was going down I simply couldn?t wait over 30 mins for my prescription. One person dealing with the standing queue on his own (doing the best he can) but five others in the pharmacy. One could surely have helped get the queue down?

Terrible service. Huge queues, never open on time, long waits for medication. One staff member, short man with glasses, fffing at customers and then locking the front doors. Terrible at the moment.

if I could give Zero stars I would, you cant' contact them to order repeat prescription so how are housebound people supposed to order their medication as they no longer answer their phone. the Take over by Well pharmacy has been a complete disaster.

They don't answer the phone, are closed for lunch 1.30pm til 2pm then make you wait 30 minutes before being able to collect your prescription. Their website talks about 'exceptional customer service' but the reality is quite different. Very disappointing as it used to be a quality pharmacy.
