Just very rude people - no desire to serve their customers with any care or urgency, and openly moaning about how much they hate their jobs with a full shop of customers listening. Unprofessional, uncaring and unbothered.

Never answer the phone at anytime of day been trying for 2 days. Nothing on website to say they close for lunch either so very frustrating and a waste of my lunch break. Update your hours!

Awful service even before they closed the site at Rugby Central Surgery. This is the 3rd time I've come back for a prescription, I have been waiting 45 minutes and I still have not been handed what is simply waiting and ready. Absolute joke

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. They are impossible to get through to via phone and there is no accessible alternatives for communicating with the branch. After my father's life was on the line earlier this year, the pharmacy consistently confused his prescription orders; never fulfilling his meal replacements. Staff are flippant, rude and refuse to be reassuring but this is clearly an issue with the structure of the company. Upset for my father and the countless number of patients who cannot rely on this 'pharmacy' for their health.

As a concerned spectator, I recently witnessed a distressing incident at Rowlands Pharmacy that left me utterly disappointed with their customer service and overall professionalism. The encounter I observed revealed a lack of empathy and understanding on the part of one of their staff members, casting a dark shadow over the reputation of the establishment.During my visit, I observed an elderly gentleman who had come to collect his prescription medication. The situation quickly escalated when he was approached by a staff member named Miranda, who appeared to have a condescending attitude from the very beginning. Miranda erroneously accused the gentleman of having already collected his medication the previous month, implying that he was at fault for the confusion.What struck me the most was the sheer rudeness and insensitivity displayed by Miranda. Instead of approaching the situation with patience and understanding, she immediately placed blame on the customer, making him feel like he had made a mistake. It was disheartening to witness the distress this caused the elderly gentleman, who was clearly confused and in need of assistance.Fortunately, another staff member intervened and corrected Miranda's mistake, revealing her incompetence and lack of attention to detail. However, the damage was already done, and the elderly gentleman was left feeling humiliated and disrespected by the pharmacy staff.As a spectator, it is disconcerting to witness such unprofessional behavior in a healthcare setting. Patients, especially the elderly, should be treated with utmost care and respect. Rowlands Pharmacy failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service, leaving me deeply concerned about the treatment of other vulnerable individuals who rely on their services.It is imperative that Rowlands Pharmacy takes immediate action to address the lack of professionalism displayed by their staff members. Proper training and supervision should be implemented to ensure that incidents like the one I witnessed do not recur. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion, and Rowlands Pharmacy must uphold these principles.Based on my observations, I cannot in good conscience recommend Rowlands Pharmacy to others. I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at Rowlands Pharmacy due to the appalling behavior of one of their staff members, Miranda. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this pharmacy if you value basic decency and competence.During my visit, my father went to collect his regular monthly medication. However, Miranda, without bothering to check the facts properly, accused my father of already collecting the medication the previous month. She condescendingly made it seem like my father had made a mistake, when in fact, it was Miranda herself who was entirely mistaken.Not only did Miranda display a shocking level of arrogance, but her negligence in handling such an important matter was truly alarming. It was only after raising the issue with another staff member that we discovered Miranda's mistake. This incident clearly highlighted her incompetence and inability to fulfill her duties effectively.The sheer audacity of Miranda to place blame on my father without verifying the facts first is beyond comprehension. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such an unprofessional attitude in a healthcare setting, where patients should be treated with care and respect.Rowlands Pharmacy must take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their staff members are adequately trained in customer service and basic competency. Over a week now I was told my inhalers and everything else was ready . 4 times now I have been back as they told me it be ready on this day it will be ready on that day . Went back today still not ready .the way they look at you anybody would think you was dirt from there shoe. They can see you standing there yet ignore you .there lucky I gave 1 star now I have been without my inhalers for 4 days now so they don't only mess you with you halers they mess you about with your healthabout

They never answer the phone or put the phone on hold so it allways says line busy... then when you go In and say I need my prescription they say it will be ready next week... I have life medication for my thyriod and heart... i Will be moving chemists unfortunately now

I've been calling for several days, with no reply, I called my surgery to check the prescription had been done and said no-one is picking up the phone. I didn't want to drive up there after work to be told it's not in.Update 11/5/23- I am in the shop, I said to the lady, I can see your phone is working, I've been trying to call, see they were short staffed, I was the only one there, ??? 4 staff behind the counter, and the phone was ringing constantly, terrible service.i will be changing chemists from now on.My partner also had a rude man serve him.Long wait and orders short or not available.Ridiculous

One of the slowest pharmacy ever. They have at least 4 people working there and still you have to wait at least half and hour for your prescription. It?s just ridiculous how they are not able to handle such a simple job.

I use this pharmacy for my mum who is house bound and needs her medication delivered. Problem is they don't deliver vital medication! In fact they don't deliver any medication on time. I have to go up myself and get the medication which is stupid because they should be delivering them! The last time I went up for my mums medication was because she had no delivery at all for quite a while. Their excuse was that they were very behind with peoples medications and can't deliver them. I said that I will wait for them to be made up and they said they were too busy. I had to get assertive and insist they did them there and then which they did in the end, but they were not happy. I find the pharmacy staff ignorant and you also have to wait ages for them to even acknowledge your there. The phone is constantly ringing in the back ground and no one answers it. If you do speak up and ask for assistance they say in a sharp voice that they are busy and to wait your turn. I am changing pharmacists as they are the worst I've used so far !!
