Fabulous team and I think the manager served me but nothing too much trouble, over and beyond sorted out a data sim card and activated on his fone to make sure it worked x thank you to his lovely staff also.

5 star customer service from Adam at the Rugby branch. Patient and consientious despite the difficulties and hurdles placed on him by 3 when changing network provider to Vodafone. Wouldn't hestiate to recommend this branch to anyone considering a move to Vodafone. Thanks Ruth and Russ.

I was amazed by the service I received from Adam. I have always been upgrading over the phone but as I was walking by I came into the shop to have a chat about some deals. He was very professional and gave me a good offer. He helped me set up my new phone. I would definitely recommend Vodafone to family and friends.

Just wanted to say what amazing customer service we have experienced from vodafone.We bought a mobile broadband SIM and router last week, which was due to be delivered on Monday of this week. Unfortunately at around 4.00pm we got a call from Nick at the warehouse to say there had been an issue. We explained why we needed it on the day and he worked together with Simon in the Rugby store to source an alternative at their Hinckley store. Nick then drove to Hinckley, picked up the SIM and router and drove it to our house.......truly outstanding customer service and both Simon and Nick are an absolute credit to the vodafone business..... top marks guys!

Shop manager don't know what he's doing and giving worst deals by promising better. He told me he's gonna give me 63mb/s speed broadband for £23 with guarantee over 50mb/s as standard. I agreed. But he failed to tell me that Vodafone has max speed of 43mb/s in my area. He just wanted to make a contract, unbelievable person. For my elderly mother he was also promised to give same broadband but again he failed - new router never arrived and never been ordered, just new bill of £24 arrived since we made a £23 contract. This person sneakily changed contracts by telling us that he will try to order new router again (which also never arrived again). When my elderly mother came to ask why price increased and she never received router by first point he started laughing out of her. Unbelievable and strictly unacceptable manner by shop manager. Will never again in my life visit that Rugby branch. Everything been sorted by phone.

Extremely disappointed and let down. Both manager and staff at Rugby shop sold a vulnerable relative technology he couldn't use. He was also sent home with no contractual information so had no idea of what he had purchased or how much it was. He tried to cancel the purchase within the given time frame but was fobbed off several times. After trying to make complaints we ended up buying out and cancelling the device at a cost of several hundred pounds. After all this Vodafone then tried to charge an additional £85 for an error made by themselves. Six months anxiety and hundreds of pounds out of pocket from one visit to Vodafone. If you have vulnerable relatives please consider carefully before consulting the Rugby shop.
